The website has no live tracking of the delivery and I was not able to download the app because I don’t have a Italian account. I waited more than 40 minutes outside because the the website showed that the delivery will arrive now. Really bad experience. Just eat in Switzerland works really good and has a live tracking of the delivery on the website. I will never use just eat in Italy again

Order was not complete missing items that were charged on my account.

I worked for this company for 6 months. Without rejecting an order! During 6 months, I had only one unexcused absence. My work permit expired after 6 months and I had to send a new one. After sending the new document, the company unexpectedly did not renew my contract. Even without prior notice. I am a student and I want to say that not only this company but the whole of Italy has no special support for students. They don't care to give at least a few months' notice so that we can find a new job. It is true that this company pays by the hour, but actually they want people who work more, apart from the fact that I delivered every order I received on time, but they are looking for people to exploit and abuse them. I used to work with a normal bike, but I always tried my best to prove my honesty in doing the work. What I have observed during these few months is the lack of job security, carelessness in giving work shifts, and sometimes mistakes in paying monthly salaries. If you are looking for a job where you can continue your work in peace, I do not recommend this company. I hope this article was useful.

Ho lavorato per questa azienda per 6 mesi. Senza rifiutare un ordine! In 6 mesi ho avuto una sola assenza ingiustificata. Il mio permesso di lavoro è scaduto dopo 6 mesi e ho dovuto inviarne uno nuovo. Dopo aver inviato il nuovo documento, l'azienda inaspettatamente non ha rinnovato il mio contratto. Anche senza preavviso. Sono uno studente e voglio dire che non solo questa azienda ma tutta l'Italia non ha un sostegno speciale per gli studenti. A loro non interessa dare almeno qualche mese di preavviso affinché possiamo trovare un nuovo lavoro. È vero che questa azienda paga a ore, ma in realtà vogliono persone che lavorino di più, a parte il fatto che ho consegnato in tempo ogni ordine che ho ricevuto, ma cercano persone che li sfruttino e abusino. Lavoravo con una bici normale, ma ho sempre fatto del mio meglio per dimostrare la mia onestà nello svolgere il lavoro. Ciò che ho osservato in questi mesi è la mancanza di sicurezza sul lavoro, la disattenzione nel dare i turni di lavoro e talvolta errori nel pagamento degli stipendi mensili. Se stai cercando un lavoro dove poter continuare il tuo lavoro in tranquillità, non consiglio questa azienda. Spero che questo articolo sia stato utile.

My order never arrived and just eats blames me for it, saying that I didn't come pick my order at my door.
I do a claim on PayPal for a refund. Never again !!!

Their delivery guys are often late, and so food ready at restaurants sits and waits, and gets to you cold or luke warm. Not the fault of the restaurants the fault of the Just eat messengers. Today the estimated time of arrival was one hour before the food got to us. The restaurant told us they were waiting for the rider. Not cool.

On february 7 I ordered pasta for me and 2 friends, but we never received it. I left a note saying there's no 'cittofono' to reach us in our apartment, so the rider should call me (which is how I've always done this), but the rider did not call me or make another attempt to contact me. Customer service then sent a mail saying they tried to deliver the food but couldn't reach me, but no one ever called me.

I order from a pizza place, when I order it, it says 20-25 min , but when I paid I got a message that says I would take between 1h and 1.15h… they never called me, but I just got a message that my food was delivered.. but never received it… very sad
