Poor customer support
Poor customer support. I was informed via phone by one of the agents that I would receive the reimbursement back to my original payment method due to a missing item of my order. However, I was offered only a credit which I couldn’t even redeem on my account.
Customer support was not helpful at all and replied using robotic templates.

Two Times i order from the dame Poke restaurant bora Times the Poke that is made in 5 mins i waited an hour to arrive when the estimated time of the delivery was half an hour… The orders came wrong and the customer service was completely unhelpful. Their policy is the stupidiest 💩I’ve ever heard.. bc before they start to prepare you food the delivery man has to order it and wait for it so it’s a waste of my time as a customer hungry waiting and the delivery guy also… I’m completely sure I’m not ordering again from their app!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 burgers one gluten free and one regular (the gluten free was 2 extra euros) I received 2 burger stakes with fries (exactly the same) no bread or vegetables. When I asked for the refund, the asked me to send pictures and I did, and the answer from them was that the restaurant said that the order was correct and that was the end of it. How dumb is that??? Seriously 2 pieces of meat exactly the same with 2 different prices are considered burgers? One gluten free and one regular??? Please some criteria, some common sense, you cannot just dismiss my complain and say there was no mistake in the order. Anyway, you've just lost a client for life and I'll make sure to tell everyone I possibly can to NEVER use your services. Awful!

the restaurant changed twice the delivery time.
After 15 min. over the time they gave to me I called the italian call center a spoke with a lady (Gentiana M. #9026756):, she said that unfortunately they can't do much more than call the restaurant. I asked as usual the discount ticket she said first that the company don't provide the discount if the rider was on time, I said to her that was 15 min. over the last time the restaurant gave to me. She said that the JUST IT policy is changed no more discount even if the restaurant is late. Why should I continue to order through JUST IT if I can call directly the restaurant and I don't have any help from them in case of problems:?

Piece of s***. Don't order! They'll steal your money.
S*** delivery service. They actually don't deliver the goods. I placed an order, didn't arrive and then I get a message that it had been delivered even though I stood outside waiting for them. I then tried to get my money back which the customer service worker refused. Claimed that the driver called me but I can show my call log that nobody did s*** nor was the food delivered. I just want my money back!!!!!
Update. I contacted them again and they told me I had to reach out within 24 hours. Which I had done via chat and email. Uber eats is the only way to go
