Just Eat Italia Reviews 

Took over two hours to get our food in Rome, Italy. Hot food arrived cold and cold dessert warm. No utensils or napkins. Tough to eat pasta and Tiramusu without utensils.

Very bad costumer service. Receive chicken that was old and smelly and burn bread. The answer was that they was sorry that I didn't like and they write that they can't help me cos I was lie because the photo dosen't support the claim. ( next time I will send a photo that I keep my nose for the smell or I eat and send a photo where I vomit for support the claim). So I write again that was not like they write that I'm spoil but the food was old and burn and I show a photo that go all in the bin this was their second rude answer:

As with the majority of other reviews, really do avoid this company, it is a real con. My experience was similar to many others. Ordered food, food did not arrive, email finally arrived saying he had been outside but no-one answered. I replied to email, no-one replied to that. Just Eat called, guy said I will not get a refund because they had called before but I did not answer.. yet I answer this call right? and no-one had called before, bizarre. Then the guy says I have to order it again and pay twice, I tell him what for, so I can double up my spend without receiving anything even once? I am still trying to get a refund from their customer service team, totally clueless, can't begin to say how pathetic they are. Always the same line "we called you, we emailed you, you were not available to collect the order so you get no refund"

I also blame the restaurant for stating the order had been delivered to get their money without actually giving me any food, so I am writing honest Google Reviews about them as well, perhaps if they ever admit it wasn't delivered I may remove a few of these, maybe not, but the only wait to hit these companies where they hurt is by letting other people know exactly what they are like to deal with.

Easily one of the Worst companies I have EVER done business with, accompanying the LITANY of HORRENDOUS customer service I observed in Europe in general.
Their drivers have REPEATEDLY ruined my food orders, Destroying several of my orders and rendering them In-edible. I was not compensated. One of their Drivers ran Off with my food orders and Again I was not compensated (I REFUSE to let this go and I am still involved in pursuing their customer service department UNTIL I GET MY REFUND) I cannot BELIEVE a company is allowed to function this poorly and with so little accountability. UNBELIEVABLY bad Company👎 use ANY other food service. If I could give them Negative or Zero stars I would.

It's hard to be so bad. Order did not arrive, then recieved an email saying order delivered. Their "chat support" said the driver arrived but couldn't get hold of me to make delivery. The "chat support" said I wasn't able to collect the order therfore I am not entitled to a refund. So I went to the restaurant and they phoned the driver.. The driver said he had given the order to someone else 🤣 so they took my money, did not deliver and then lied to me. I hope they read this because I will be taking it further!

i wish i could give 0 stars but i can’t. such a scam company. i tried to place a $30 order and when it attempted to charge my card it kept saying “unable to process try later” so i left it but when i went to look at my statement they charged me anyways. i contacted customer service for my money back and they barely helped and didn’t give me credit or refund. all a scam don’t use this service.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Ordered and only received one of the ordered items due to the courier only giving one bag, the restaurant was great and tried to get the courier to come back and deliver the missing items that were in their possession. After they refused the restaurant contacted Just Eat for us, they refused to refund us for the items their courier basically stole from us and instead gave us a coupon. Will never use this service again.

Our food never arrived. After 1.5 hours it said it was delivered, so we phoned the restaurant which was closed. Just eat’s customer service phone number didn’t exist. Terrible experience.

I ordered food through “Just Eat” app. I waited for around an hour and the app showed the status as Delivered though the food was never delivered.
There is no customer service number, no driver contact number. Was not been able to contact anyone.
This is very unprofessional. I never got the food and had to skip my dinner as it was too late to order anything else.
I do not even have an option to ask for refund. This is a total fraud and I was deprived of my food at night.

I saw all the negative reviews, but I can say that for me, the experience was excellent. The courier arrived on time. The app is very smooth and easy to use. I used it in Rome.

Didn't receive the food. After an hour the status in the app changed to delivered. I contacted customer service, they said they called and sent an email.. no one called and no one rang the doorbell. And that's my fault so I don't get a refund. No delivered food and I had ro pay for it.. Edit: After emailing customer service they did give em a refund after a few days.

Ordered food tonight for a simple meal. JustEat order tracker said waiting for the driver to leave the restaurant with the food. This didn’t change for over 30 minutes so we called the restaurant and they said the food was ready and just awaiting the driver. So we waited a bit longer. No updates from JustEat and then tried calling the restaurant and they closed, so money has been taken out and food paid for but nothing received. Zero communication from JustEat and tried contacting the contacts they have listed but impossible to get through to them. Awful experience would not recommend. 0/10

Dont usually write these reviews but I was commeting on a company I was super happy with and I thought while i'm here I'll write how justeat really screwed me. I ordered food at 10pm last, monday, last week and still haven't heard back from them. Some kind of joke for sure

It's impossible ti delete and order. I had a lot of problem about communication.

Absolutely rubbish, over an hour delay and they didn’t even apologize

Some years ago i have accepted the automatic payment in PayPal (option proposed by JustEat) and in February the last JustEat credited to me 27 euro of stuff that i didn't request and/or received.
I have openned a customer service request and after one month they closed the ticket without any comment or resolution.
Just Eat is abolutely not a fair and trusted provider.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!! They are thieves!!! Take your money, food doesn't arrive and then they refuse to reimburse you! So the driver scores a free pizza and Just Eat takes your money! I will never use this service ever again! Rather use Glovo or Deliveroo

Placed order which was late, by the time we got our food it was cold and inedible, phoned shop to complain and we got nothing, no replacement, no refund, nothing! Then just eat call us Liars saying it never happened! We paid €24 for stone cold food and they have the nerve to call us Liars

Placed a food order, didn’t receive the full order but paid the full amount, phoned the restaurant they said yes the food was left on the side, but there was nothing they could do. Emailed Just Eat as yet still waiting for a response.

Just deleted my account for the how they are behaving with the law when it comes to their charges not willing to pay service charge FOR WHAT!!!!
