this app is really comfortable
this app is really comfortable, I've used it on many of my trips, but I have the impression that what comes home is never of great quality ... I always prefer to go out and maybe spend a little more. Just eat but overall is a great innovation.. xXx

Shocking company, disgraceful customer service and 0 restaurant support
Having been signed up with Just Eat for 6 months now as a restaurant owner I am disgusted with their conduct. Despite over hundreds of attempts to meet with a representative, they never do. They appear to be all about the end consumer and have no interest in the registered restaurants. Unfortunately all their mistakes are reflected on the restaurants. I am trying to get away from Just Eat now to protect my business from any future damage. Perhaps taking them to Watchdog might get myself and other Restaurant owners heard.

JustEat Italy - Never again
We have oredered our dinner yesterday evening, extimated delivery time 30 minutes.
45 minutes later, i recieve a call from justeat: they say the restaurant has a non specified problem, and i am given two choices. either i can pick up the order myself ( it's almost 10 pm at this point, it' raining outside and the place is not exactly around the corner. Plus i have guests at home), or i can cancel my order ( and obviously give up my dinner).
When i ask if they have tried already to find al alternative delivery arrangement with the restaurant ( ever heard of pony express, i wonder?) i am told " we don't really understand what the owners are saying on the phone / they don't speak much italian".
It is clearly too late to place another order, my guests are getting nervous and hungry and I am offered absolutely No Help. huge disappointement. Worst experience. I suggest not to trust Justeat.it
