Definitely recommend
I called these guys on a Sunday and spoke to Andrew. After answering all of my questions and sending me detailed Photos of the Gym in question I decided to buy it.
I was then contacted by Richard, who was also very helpful and informative for the delivery and assembly process.
To my suprise (I live interstate) my order arrived the next Friday.
I assembled it on the Saturday. All done in under 1 week.
Perfect.

SCHWINN 570 Exercise Bike - Awesome!
The website was easy to navigate, phone customer service was amazing! Purchase was easy and the bike dispatch was dispatched the next day.
True to the salesman’s word, the exercise bike was easy to put together and works beautifully! The entire experience from the decision to make the purchase right through to the second workout has been great! Now to keep those Covid Kgs away.

Very happy so far
Very happy so far - only issue we had was the instruction manual was missing a page as page 2 was duplicated so it took awhile to set it up.
Otherwise treadmill is very nice

Difficult customer service staff
Difficult customer service staff. Not flexible at all on delivery time.
Delivery staff were friendly.
No manual or instructions delivered with bike. Took time to find where to plug in power adapter.
No instructions from delivery crew.
Required to fill in forms on delivery I’d already done ????
Will not recommend to anyone.
