Excellent customer service! Hired a treadmill online on Tues afternoon and received it by 9am the next day! Received a half hour courtesy call from delivery driver and he delivered it with a smile. So quick and easy. Loving the treadmill! Works great, fits perfectly in my front lounge and not very noisy. Thank you!

Rating would have been higher, except they forgot to place ordered item in envelope (we received empty envelope). They apologised and we received item one week later

The cross trainer is about where about I'd expect a $1000 cross-trainer to be. It has all the functions such as different programs as well as different loads. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the $100 I got stung for the delivery from the warehouse which is 20km from my house.

The service provided by the company is very good. Unfortunately the treadmill that was delivered was in need of repair. This was done within a week. The treadmill is quite noisy, perhaps an older model.

Received my Global FT200 Smith Machine Functional Trainer, had to wait due to Covid but it was worth it. I'm currently installing it now & the quality of workmanship performed on this Trainer is awesome. Really looking forward to kicking off my gym program again & I'm really happy to recommend this product & Just Fitness to everyone.
