Terrible experience. 5 notifications (over 5 days) advising of delayed delivery. Now one WEEK later - still no delivery, Just another delay notification. Bogus. A first for me. I'll never use them again.

Worst experience ever! Ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered to hospital for the birth of my first great grandson. Flowers weren’t delivered. I had to call to find this out. Then they said they would deliver on Saturday. That never happened either. I called and they promised me the flowers would be delivered by Sunday. They never delivered the flowers. This place is a joke! I can’t believe how they are still in business with the way they take your money then lie and never deliver the flowers. This company is 100% a SCAM!!!! Don’t use this company for flower delivery

Didn't know you and you're in another country. So, we always worry a little. But my sister received her flowers and was very pleased. You helped make someone happy.

Recipient loved the arrangement, timely delivery. Online ordering was a little tricky. I thought the delivery charge was a bit high.

I appreciated how the vendor worked with me when there was an issue about an extra fee for a delivery and the delivery timeline.

They were VERY prompt in replying to my inquires via email. Then the vendor actually called me and left a few messages. I was pleasantly surprised how well their customer service representative/team worked with me providing answers to my questions, acknowledging they could not deliver on the requested day and paid for an additional charge for the delivery due to the arrangement not being delivered when requested. I appreciated their honesty and most of all their INTEGRITY as a business! They were great to work with. I really appreciated their customer service. Most PROFESSIONAL! They CARED.
