Easy to use plenty of message's and up dates a safe a secure service

I have received far too many emails and I do not appreciate you asking for such a large 'tip' for every donation. If someone has £10 to donate, can you please assume that that is how much they can afford, or at least give the option to cover your costs on the first page rather than starting at 5% of the donation value.

Excellent and wonderfully useful and easy to sue for sponsors to give However only 4 star as too much pushy and sales after the event to get more in. Sorry but only my opinion as after the trek achieved it is done and dusted for me and onto the next pair of my life and a new challenge Semms as though you are "milking it"

I found it a great site for getting money in, but very difficult to edit images and any other updates. Also difficult to see who had donated.

It's an easy and safe way to raise money, it's shows the people that donate what the money is being raised for and that it's being spent correctly.
Communication is on the whole very good.
The only thing I find annoying is that when you have spent a percentage of the money on an item of equipment the total on the page does not reflect this outgoing. A lot of would be donors see the total and believe that's what is in the account losing you possible donation support. I'd give 5 stars if not for this issue.

Not having used Just Giving before, it was straightforward to set up.

Great organisation, would have been good to do the 26 miles as planned but due to the weather was unable to do so, would be a good ideas to have more gazebo’s at the finish line to give shelter for the volunteers though especially in the extreme heat we had

I like the update when someone donates so that I can thank them personally.
I don’t like the persistent nagging - I’m trying, I know when to start fundraising
I hate the competitive element - i don’t need a rank or any stars

Just Giving meant I could focus upon training & preparing for the Trek26 without worrying how I would collect & donate sponsorship. Just Giving also collects tax aid. Simple system.

Easy to set up and raise money

Great organisation prior to and on the day,email updates, support from everyone concerned,great team experience walking with people raising funds for vital research for a good cause, amazing volunteers ambulance crew and of course the privilege of walking in the beautiful surroundings in the cotswolds onl the 11th July 26

The overall experience from start to finish was easy with great communication and regular updates.

Well organised for a good cause and good fun element to the whole event

Friends said it was easy to navigate.
