Kept me in touch with everything

I was very pleased with my experience and very happy with my fund raising.

I felt really supported to raise money. The ease of setting the page up was great & was provided with regular reminders & goal achievements in terms of my fundraising. A great platform

Easy to set up charity page and no issues at all.

Simple and efficient - just a few too many follow up emails!

All very simple and positive but beware the additional charge they make in addition to your donation !!!

Site was easy to use, the QR codes were great.

Just Giving is so easy to use. Anyone can easily follow the link and add gift aid. Their fees should be much lower though. Charity is charity.

JustGiving is a great website that’s really easy to use. Setting up my fundraising page was quick and straightforward, and sharing it with friends and family was simple. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to raise money for a good cause.

I was glad to have the chore of fundraising taken out of my hands but I didn’t feel there was any connection between JustGiving and Race for Life. They kept nagging me to start fundraising when I had already raised £920 plus a lot of Gift Aid. Probably their fault, not yours.

fairly easy to use, set up page easily enough, was challenging to send out links, also there were too many notifications for the site/ progress etc, little overwhelming

It was a lovely experience of a mixing pot of all ages and ethnicity with the firm coming together for a very caring and giving day, walking for a good cause even in the extreme heat, and you made it so comfortable and safe with refreshment stops along the way. Absolutely wonderful when we got back after the walk and listened to the saxophone player and DJ. But a big shoutout to the Lady who was on the microphone all day interacting with us all she was wonderful and made the experience fulfilling, looking forward to doing it all over again next year Gods willing.

I think the user experience would be better if it was more obvious as to how to access and update profile. There seems to be a lot of clicking around trying to find it, at least when you're new to it.

Just Giving was very easy to use throughout my fundraising, and easy to view my donations and messages throughout which was very important to see my supporters first my charity .
