There prices were extremely affordable
Than any other people I drive 45 miles just to hire there motorhomes.

They have parking for your car there too.

The overall pick up is smooth. However, we waited for awhile to get start our process as employee is busy with other customers. I understand the time is around holiday, and the office may not have enough employees.

Recently hired a motorhome for the October Half Term break. Easy booking process and excellent customer service. Nothing is a problem. Communication is great. The motorhome was spotless in pick up. It looked like new! Was shown around the motorhome and informed about the control panels. I have hired from Just Go before and would recommend. The Ford engine is so much better than the previous Fiat. It is a lot smoother and uses less fuel! I would highly recommend Just Go.

Loved the whole experience (except for pick up, I think we just had a team member who wasn’t in a good place). Loved the motorhome, clean and perfect!

Will return next year for sure!!!

motor home had no operational hot water . tv fell off mount and stoped working. toilet vented into van all the time. took over a month to get our bond back . not happy at all

From the first point of contact with RV Super Centre, Andrew was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The whole process from start to finish was professional and informative. The habitation technician was knowledgeable and spent time answering extra questions we had, which is what we needed being complete novices in the Motorhome world!

I really appreciated my first experience with a motorcaravan with Just go, my kids loved it and overall it's something we might plan to repeat.
However, please find below a couple of thoughts from my end to make the experience even better:

- Check in: the overall discussion with the Just Go representative at the check in was somehow intimidating. I was made aware of all the sort of risks, additional costs, fees, uncovered damages and so forth that I felt scared to continue my hiring process. While I understand the need to define terms and conditions, Customers also expect to enjoy a vacation in a "peace of mind" status. I was instead super concerned of the consequences I would have incurred in case of even the minimal damage...

- Advising Customers re what they need and what they don't would be a good thing. I was - again - made aware of the risk of returning the caravan without refilling the lpg/adblue/diesel and offered a 170£ package to be free to return the vehicle without any worries. However I realized I didn't consume lpg at all: for a 3 days rent, having some forms of advising might be appreciated

Great all round experience from pick up through to drop off. The camper van was spotless and very well equipped. Out first camper van experience was great fun and we intend to do it many more times, we'll be renting from Just Go when we do.

Thank you to all the team for a trip to remember. This is an 5* experience.

We really did have an unforgettable holiday and cannot wait to go again!

Our first experience of a motorhome trip and we loved it. Once we got used to how everything worked, we did not want to give it back. It drive well down to Cornwall and everything worked perfectly.
The mattress was a little firm for my liking but other than that it was fabulous and we can’t wait to go again.
It helps to have bikes and leave the van on site as the roads and parking are difficult with a large van.

Renting a motorhome from just go Toddington branch was all round great experience, the motorhome was absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend hiring for just go
