one of my items arrived damaged a replacement was sent out straight away and I received it the next day unfortunately the replacement was also faulty but another was sent straight away so the service was excellent and I would definitely order from you again

I have been looing for this particular tool for a long time and it seems easy to get in the US but no so commin around the UK. I found JustOffBase on one of the forums, had ordered and paid within 10 minutes, and had the tools 3 days later.

Recently bought the Sealy log splitter, product really good, husband has bad shoulder so problems chopping wood, this item takes away the problem. Verry little work to assemble my husband and I did it together in about 10 minutes, very easy. The service and delivery was fab, couldn't believe how quick we received item and Xmas so close. I ordered a hydraulic motorcycle workbench for my husband's Christmas present. This is a large and heavy item and having placed the order I decided that it would be impossible to hide it from him. After a friend offered to store it for me I contacted Justoffbase customer services by email the day after I placed the order. I received a personal and positive confirmation that this would be done. Two days later the item arrived! I couldn't believe how quickly the order had been processed, well packaged in a wooden crate. I haven't opened it but the packing is in good condition so everything should be in order... Super service - by the way, I live in Norhern Ireland, not on UK mainland.
