Ordered a middle box and two days later it arrived on free post . I had to corespond by e mail and very quick reply unlike some company's will recommend to any person thinking of buying

Really surprised when a courier delivered the socket set I ordered two days ago YESTERDAY morning! And the price, even including the delivery charge, was the lowest I could find. It's a Christmas present for my Grandson who is on an Agricultural Engineering course at Bickton; I will recommend Justoffbase to him as he will be wanting a lot more tools. Ron Clarke

My order was dealt with very well and arrived on time. Unfortunately the knee pads I ordered weren't as good as I expected, and being a floor layer that's very important, so I had to return them. I suppose when you buy on line that's a chance you take. Still waiting for my refund, hope it comes soon!

Ordered a workbench which swiftly arrived. Unfortunately the manufacturer omitted a component so I emailed Justoffbase asking them to supply the missing part (asap). Prompt email reply saying they'd organise it and a day later the missing part arrived from the OEM (quicker).

I bought a Sealey compressor from the online web site, and it was delivered in 24 hours, following a message telling me that it was on it's way.

I subsequently asked if I could exchange the machine for a larger model with a cash adjustment.
They responded immediately confirming that they would do as I asked, and arranged for the courier delivering the new machine to collect the rejected unit.
This was also acheived in 2 days, and I received a full refund of the purchase price less freight.

Now that was a perfect example of how to be responsive and helpful to a customer.
I am very happy with the larger compressor, and would buy tools from Just Off Base without hesitation.
