The staff were able to quickly provide details of specific measurements of the item following a short phone call. This enabled me to judge if the item (transmission saddle) would be suitable for using with my existing floor jack as mine was not one of the ones specified in the description on the site. When the item arrived, it was exactly as described and works well

I chose to purchase my steel tool chest from Justoffbase because their price was competitive and they had good reviews. Good decision! The tool chest arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately there was a fault with the tool chest so I emailed Justoffbase that evening and had a friendly reply the next morning saying it would be replaced and asking for a suitable date for delivery. This was agreed and the replacement item duly arrived on time and with extra packing to protect it from damage. I received emails throughout the process keeping me up to date on what was happening and whole affair was handled very efficiently. Shame there was a problem but I can't fault how Justoffbase dealt with it. Well done!

I have been waiting for a long time to spend money on tools from brand names I trust, and when I got the opportunity to do so, I knew I wanted to purchase as much from Just Off Base as possible. The website is great to navigate around and search. The product pictures can be enlarged to a decent size to get more of the detail. There is a section that tells you where in the relevant catalogue the product is (only way to improve that would be to link to an online catalogue but they're not always available)

The prices are very competitive. In almost every case for the tools I've looked at, Just Off Base was the cheapest supplier. The regular 'Manager's Specials' and seasonal promotions definitely factor into this and help to secure that position.

My order arrived within a couple of days even though it was the "Free Delivery when you spend over £70" - so you might expect it would be a slower service, but it was courier-delivered.

I will definitely buy from Just Off Base again and already recommended the website to people in the engineering trade that I work with. When they saw some of the tools I had acquired to make my job easier they had to know where I had got them from.

I didn't interact with their customer service team as I didn't have any problems or enquiries, but Just Off Base come across as a very professional company from my experience and I really do appreciate the service they have provided me with.
