On June 6, 2019, I ordered a TAG HEUER watch at Juwelier van Willegen. I warned the company that their chosen courier PostNL is not able to deliver directly to the Czech Republic. Despite this warning, they chose this courier service. Until today, June 17, 2019/11 days / no shipment in the Czech Republic. It was promised several times that the shipment would take 3-5 working days. And several times. This is also stated on the official PostNL sites. The seller only bites, is unable to find out where the package is, why it is not delivered in the required time, etc. It still copies some tracking links that one can figure out himself. The delay does not declare the courier service at all and it does not matter to him. The client is not interested in him. He didn't keep his word on the date of delivery. So for me this trader is very untrustworthy. The problem with the courier service is his problem, which he does not solve.
I do not understand why the my recommendation did not use the services of DHL, UPS or other similar courier, which can handle 700 km within 30 hours !!! Beware of this.

Very professional, swift and polite. Order process was without any hassle and product came delivered in a beautiful package...much attention to detail.

Bought a watch online, the store contacted me PERSONALLY the next day apologizing they did not send the tracking link the same day, and they followed up all the way through. When the package arrived (internationally) and I opened it, the watch was gift wrapped beautifully, everything packaged carefully, and even the receipt was placed with effort, everything by a real person that cares, and it shows.

Without any reservations, this was my the best online (luxury product) purchase. From initial contact on chat, responsiveness, fast delivery to my doorstep in south of Europe and to beautifully packaged watch, everything was seamless.

I have over the past few weeks had the pleasure of receiving amazing, friendly, professional and efficient service from Juwelier van Willegen, Den Haag while ordering a specific watch as a gift for my sons wedding.
The watch was a Longines 24-Hours Single Push Point with all extra which is very difficult to come by, however Juwelier van Willegens went totally out of their way to acquire and ship the full unit to me.

Thanks specifically to Sander Clijsters who dealt specifically with this for me. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a watch and a very good service.
