I visited the jewellers on my holiday to Belgium, the staff were some of the most welcoming and helpful of all the shops that I went into across France Belgium and the Netherlands. On my return to Australia I organised an online purchase of a Speed Master professional and had it in Australia in five working days. Packaged perfectly. The process of buying this amazing watch has been made very easy by the staff.

I was afraid to buy an expensive watch online and had a lot of questions but everything went perfect. I contacted them by email and they kept in touch with me answering all my questions. I ordered the watch and less than a week later I had it in Spain. They prepared it very carefully to protect it and send me a small token for me ;-)

Yvonne Roseboom went above and beyond six years after my original purchase! While visiting the Netherlands in 2007, I was walking down the streets of Den Haag and came across the most beautiful Bron ring. The service I received was amazing! I cannot wait to visit again on my next visit. Their products may be available elsewhere, but their service sets them apart!
