I won't be using them again, I ordered a specific PCT and had my order confirmation come through with the correct details for the product that I ordered. When my product arrived 2 days later than stated it was the wrong product and the seal was broken on the outside of the bottle (but not on the inside). When I then emailed JW and questioned this, they said that they would send out a bottle of a different PCT as an apology which didn't turn up and then they haven't answered my email asking if it his been dispatched. Very dissapointed and definitely won't be using them again.

Speedy delivery and great service as always.

Refound and exchange were non problematic however.

Generally a great experience from the site and what's on offer, my only gripe would be I thought brawn lgd n cardarine was no good. But that said I've ordered many many times from the site and every other time I've been very happy with the products and getting the desired effect, keep up the great work

Haven’t tried product yet because I live in a different country, still waiting for package to arrive, but the site is easy to use and customer service responds immediately.

Got some mk2866 osterine ox boost took for 3 days you can not sleep on this don't buy as a waist of money

The help was good via the company but the courier hasn’t moved in like 7 days so I don’t really know what’s happening there customer support was and helpful but the courier seems way to slow

I would just like to say first of all to give context to this review that I very rarely review products or only if something genuinely deserves huge credit or is alarmingly negative.

However, due to my experience with JW Supplements felt like this is something I really wanted to do on this occasion because of what I can only describe as absolutely outstanding customer service by a member of staff there called Sophie.

So let me start by saying that I accidentally came across JW Supplements whilst browsing for Gym supplements. I had a few queries about the products on there so gave the number a phone and spoke for the first time to a female member of the team called 'Sophie'.

I have spoke with many businesses before, and often you will get generic advice, scripted answers from sales team members who perhaps have limited knowledge of the products themselves. I have no doubt that they are trying their best to provide what information they can.

However, I can honestly say the customer service provided by Sophie was on a completely different level and she is a fantastic credit to the JW Supplements company.

I had numerous questions and throughout my entire call, she was patient, incredibly knowledgable, made things so clear, and provided appropriate product advice.

I have had a few calls around different products and every time, it's the same excellent, patient levels of customer service. So from a customer service point of view my experience was simply outstanding and I genuinely believe in giving credit where it is due.

I'm not sure what position Sophie holds within the JW Supplements company. However, she has certainly given me a fantastic impression on their attention to detail and customer satisfaction levels.

Now, in regards to the rest of my experience. The products were delivered on each occasion (I have now ordered three times from JW) the very next day, rapid, and on time.

The products themselves so far have been excellent, no complaints what so ever so far and I also personally found pricing to be appropriate.

I personally will continue to use them and as far as this review goes, have no hesitation in providing a genuine, unbiased, independent, honest, 5-star review which is fully deserved. I could have provided a generic 'Great job - recommended' 5-star review but on this occasion a genuine explanation and breakdown was deserved.

Thank you Sophie, keep up the amazing work.
