I paid for upgraded shipping…2-3 day…
I paid for upgraded shipping…2-3 day shipping…and took over a week to get. Why pay for upgraded shipping if you’re not going to get the shipping they advertise?
Reply 10/1/21 to company's 10/1/21 reply...I actually purchased it on Wednesday, not Thursday. DHL is one of the most ridiculous shipping companies to do business with...but if you're going to offer upgraded shipping and agree to use DHL, you've got to own them and fix it or change companies when they screw up enough times.

We are sorry that you have experienced some delays. We looked at your case and we can see that DHL express usually takes 2-3 working days. Having placed your order on a Thursday, your order should have been with you by Monday the latest.Looking at your tracking history, we can see that your parcel was ready for delivery on Monday but it seems they only handed it to you on Wednesday. We will look into it and see whether they can explain this delay to avoid a repeat of the situation.

Untimely shipping and poor Customer Service
I have emailed them twice since placing my order and have not gotten a response. It has been 10 business days since I placed my order, and I still have not received it. I paid for 2-3 business days shipping. This is completely unacceptable.

You placed an express order via DHL but unfortunately DHL was not able to service your area at the time so we had to send it with an alternative courrier which took longer. It is unacceptable indeed so we will be in touch to offer you a 50% discount for the same item that you purchased as a gesture of apology.
