Great service at Jysk Tastrup

Bought an elevationseng from Jysk Tastrup. Had great service from Adam who answered all our questions and showed all options. As the order is not yet delivered, I will wait with the review of the product itself, but the service has been great so far.

TYSSA continental bed

We bought TYSSA continental bed . It was a bit difficult to make the base since the screws weren't strong enough and the holes in the wood weren't big enough. Both the screws and wood was ruined since they didn't fit each other.
Jysk customer service was very nice to understand the situation and sent a new pieces without any issues. Even though the pieces had same probelm, we bought new screws ourselves and made bigger holes with the drill machine.
In general the customer service was very nice and understanding. Good job!

LIMFJORDEN skrivebord

I bought LIMFJORDEN - Skrivebord LIMFJORDEN 60x120 4 skuffer hvid last week. I felt it is very poorly designed. all the holes for rivets and screws are too near to the edge and due to it is not a wood, it is difficult to assemble without damage. It needs a design review and potential modification.

Waist of 349 dkk

I have payed 349 dkk for home deliand you deliver into pakke shop.
It was 13 kg package that I wanted to be delivered home as I have a small baby to take care of. So that was not fun at all to carry the table.

Just to say this is your second mistake in a row. In last order you delivered me the table instantly of a book shelf.

Not ordering the delivery again!
