Bad management
I ordered a wardrobe and a TV unit, including delivery and assembly in the shop in Arguineguin. I was told the order would take 3–4 weeks and that they would contact me afterwards to arrange an appointment.
In the end, I received an SMS after 5 weeks saying that the goods had arrived. Thats ok. Another 3 weeks passed, and nobody contacted me. I went to the store 3 times to complain, and each time they assured me that they would come within a few days. However, nobody ever called me or followed up.
In the end, I requested the cancellation of the order and a refund.
I believe this store has a serious problem with management and customer service. The staff seem unable to resolve issues, and the manager shows no interest in following up on complaints. It is a shame, because JYSK has good products and prices, but my recommendation is to only buy items that are in stock and avoid special-order items.
JYSK should take action. If this store continues to be managed like this and fails to respond properly to its customers, I fear its future may be short.

Jysk is helpful and professional
I have always found Jysk to be professional, helpful and quick to make right mistakes i.e the assembly tools were missing. I immediately received 10% as compensation and a new tool set was ordered, arrived by UPS within days. Thanks to Theis and Chano

I am still without a bed, terrible experience, never delivered
I am still without a bed, they moved my delivery date 5 times and yet again its moved today because something is always out of stock.. I will be without a bed for another 2.5 weeks and they are doing nothing to support. It was first the bed frame, which I now walked in and changed so that I can get ir delivered sooner.. now it is delayed because the mattress is out of stock.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable.. I am in my new apartment without a bed and I have no guarantee when my bed will be delivered.
I expect JYSK to do something about the recent challenges or give people their money back.

I never had problems with jysk and really liked their products. But looks like Spanish jysk built different. I have ordered a bed on March 19 with home delivery to the apartment within 10 days. On April 15 I have received 1 box of promised 2 and was left with it straight on the street. I was promised second box arrives tomorrow. Obviously never happened. Logistics provider doesn’t answer my claims. Jysk customwr support doesn’t help either. Paid for the product I never had.

Unfortunately if i could i would give 0 or less than 0 to be honest, ordered a sofa with delivery today, have not received any communication the day before ( they should do it to have a confirmation of the shipping window of time which is like 4 hours, mine 2-6PM) and when i used the chat customer service around 2.30 PM to check if the delivery was happening and they said YES, at 5 PM called by phone the customer service they said that the delivery service DID not KNOW about my delivery?????now it will be delivered in a week time on a morning slot that i just need to accept ( which means another half day of leave from work) , the sofa was meant to be for a more comfortable stay for my old parents which will not happen, terrible communication and organization, would not recommend , obviously no kind action to give a vouch or gift card for the money lost in leave from work and discomfort to my overall plans

My order #4089236547 arrived incomplete. The Skals display cabinet was not delivered. The sofa arrived damaged. I wrote to you here, and you thanked me for the feedback. However, I did not provide any feedback. I simply wanted my issue to be resolved as soon as possible. I was told the display cabinet would be delivered within 1-3 business days, and the sofa by next week. Right now, I’m being penalized because of the delivery company’s mistake. I’m sitting here in the middle of my living room waiting with three huge boxes. JYSK has let me down. I expected this issue to be resolved quickly.
