I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience. I visited the store in person to get professional guidance, yet the service was inadequate. The employee failed to inform me that the bed requires slats, and despite my explicit request, the two mattresses for the kids' bed were never added to the order. After waiting two weeks for delivery, I’ve received an incomplete order. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Missing part

The vertical metal bar connecting my mirror to its base was missing. I could still building it but it is much smaller.

Shambolic service

Shambolic service. I've had 3 failed deliveries and 3 items have all arrived separately. One still hasn't arrived 4 weeks after the original order. Jysk take forever to respond to complaints and emails and no-one seems to have a clue what's happening. They quote 'warehouse issues' repeatedly. Useless company. Won't use again,
