I gave a 1 star only because I couldn't go lower. I ordered a crossbow with accessories and got a cheap pair of shorty socks. Ad implied, without flat out stating, it was in North America, shipped from China and that's when I got really suspicious. It was via PayPal so I felt ok ordering initially.

I ordered a computer desk on 05-01.2021. Still I did not receive the item. If Kalemall is originated from China then just be aware about Chineese company.

it's amazing how these people set up these bogus websites and pray on people. they are a bunch of cowards taking advantage of people because they know that there's no way for you to track them down but what goes around comes around trust me

I ordered a vacuum steamer only to get a toothbrush. I was told to return it which I paid for post. After countless emails no reply. They are nothing but scamming dogs. I was an idiot to believe them. They can all go screw themselves hope they rot in hell scamming filthy dogs. Nothing but thieves you disgusting low life pathetic excuse of human beings

I ordered and paid for a bike repair stand and got nothing, website shut down. This is a total scam site, do not waste your money .

This company is a complete scam! From a folding table to a toothbrush! Don't know how to describe kalemall rather than scamers

I ordered an upright desk from this website

If you go to it, you will notice they have a new site called Novamall. They sent me a cheap watch instead. I contacted them by email and they had me send them the watch back with a tracking number and told me that when I sent them the info, they would send me the desk and a refund of the shipping cost of the watch. The seemed genuinely concerned that I'd rec'd the wrong item. Then they said that they couldn't send me the desk because it was no longer in stock, even though I could still order it from their website and then all contact ceased and then their website went down and returned weeks later with a new name. Luckily, Paypal refunded me the costs including the return shipping of the watch, but I was still very upset at the dishonest behavior of the company. And upon researching them, many people that ordered the same desk, rec'd a watch or toothbrush.

Scammers. Ordered desk and received cheap designer knock off watch instead. Contacted support and received an “Our shipper messed up.” response offering to “let” me keep the $2 watch for “half price.”

Declined this and they demanded I foot the bill to ship the item back to them in China. Shipping address on package was New York. Demanded pictures of item, shipping package, and tracking info but still refused to ship my item because “the shipper” wouldn’t send it until they physically received the watch.

Scammers do not do business with this site.

Ordered a carpet cleaner and caterer a long time of waiting I got a toothbrush is this a f....en joke or what?? This company is a scam and the police should take action on them stealing people money , I will never buy of Facebook again,as most of them are scams.

Okay January 27th 2020 21 I ordered a steam cleaner off of Facebook one of their scam sites they're always allowing people to have on there which I don't see why Facebook allows these sites on their website to promote without verify proof of business licenses and things so I ordered this canister steam cleaner they claim is 50% off and I'll get it for $24.99 So I keep tracking my package keep tracking my package it's over a month my package is on way my mom check the mailbox is a f****** watch in the mailbox instead of a carpet cleaner like what the fuc

Do not order! Total scam as they said the portable desk was delivered, and it never was. Update: they sent me a cheap watch instead blaming the shipper. They want me to pay postage back to China to get the desk shipped or receive a refund. It will cost me more to ship it back than the refund. This is a good lesson in buying from Facebook ads.

Order a Carpet shampoo ,that was small too handle the area rugs that I have waited for almost three months and I didn't get what I order, instead got a watch. If people just put Kalemall.online on Facebook and let the world know that your Company rip off there customers.

I ordered a computer desk. The product was never came. I tried to contact them, but never heard back from Kalemall. But, I did get a full refund from paypal. An unsolicited watch was delivered to my house - but send was not identified on package.

I ordered a motorcycle jack and got a PIECE OF CRAP watch. TOTAL RIP OFF. I was a sucker, don’t you be! Hope this helps.

I too ordered the lifting alloy mobile desk and got a battery driven tooth brush after three months! I should have read the reviews about the company before I placed my order, it's a fraud. Social medias should block this company!

I ordered the desk that many others have ordered. I haven't even received the tooth brush. The F.B.I. need to find these guys and give a free room in PRISON.
