I should have know better. I keep telling others not to buy from adds on social media platforms, but the lure of a bargain got the better of me. I wont buy from china again. I have applied to PayPal for a refund. Even if i dont get a refund. this scammer will be flagged by PayPal in the future, so that will warn others

Ho fatto un ordine il 7 gennaio, un supporto per la bicicletta, pagato in più per una spedizione veloce, a fine gennaio li contatto poiché non ricevo nulla, si scusano per il ritardo, questioni doganali, mi offrono il 10% di rimborso in cambio di una attesa sino al 20 di febbraio. Li ricontatto al 22 di febbraio, poiché ne' il rimborso promesso ne' la spedizione ho ricevuto. Mi rispondono dopo diverse email e dopo alcuni giorni che si troverebbe in giacenza presso le poste Italiane, di controllare con il numero di spedizione. Poste mi risponde che non è in loro carico ma si trova nel centro scambi internazionale sito in Cina.
Li ricontatto ancora per chiedere il rimborso totale, mi rispondono che hanno predisposto una nuova spedizione, che mi offrono un rimborso del 15%. Ribadisco che non intendo aspettare ulteriormente, chiedo nuovamente che mi rimborsano quanto sborsato.
Nuova risposta, altra persona, copia e incolla di una email precedente che si scusano, che mi offrono un rimborso bla bla bla, attendono un mio riscontro.
Signori che leggete la recensione, non acquistate nulla su questo store online, sono in malafede, non riceverete mai nulla, se non promesse su promesse via email.
I placed an order on January 7th, a bicycle holder, paid extra for fast shipping, at the end of January I contact them as I do not receive anything, they apologize for the delay, customs issues, they offer me 10% refund in return of a wait until February 20. I will contact them again on February 22, since I have received neither the promised refund nor the shipment. They answer me after several emails and after a few days that it would be in storage at the Italian post office, to check with the tracking number. Poste replies that it is not in their charge but is located in the international trade center located in China. I contact them again to ask for a full refund, they reply that they have arranged a new shipment, offering me a 15% refund. I repeat that I do not intend to wait any longer, I ask again that they reimburse me the amount paid out. New reply, other person, copy and paste of a previous email apologizing, offering me a refund bla bla bla, awaiting my reply. Gentlemen who read the review, do not buy anything on this online store, they are in bad faith, you will never receive anything, if not promises on promises via email.

I ordered the standing laptop desk and got a watch instead!

Bait and switch site. Offered a standing desk but sent a toothbrush. I should have checked here first. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It's a fraud company. Raise a dispute, Paypal will refund. They have approved mine.

Got my Old Man Watch like everone else! I thought maybe just maybe, my case would b different! I odrered the Bike Repair Stand for $37, vs $90 on Amazon... The Appeal to Greed is how this Scam works. FORTUNATELY, PayPal reverses charges in disputes quickly... //That they send out toothbrushes and watches, it’s all part of the FARCICAL SCAM. Its a Ruse, hoping u dont cancel. Where ARE THE AUTHORITIES & Regulators Already!???? Facebook? Paypay dont let them abuse your Platform, WHY?!??

It's a scam. I bought an hydroponic system and send me an electric toothbrush. They stop to answer my emails so I asked for my money back on paypal that accepted right away

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a standing desk and they sent a cheap watch. Since I ordered through PayPal I disputed (within 90 days) the purchase and got a full refund.

This site is a fine crafted fraud . They made it very credible. I ordered a Aluminum alloy standing laptop desk mobile lifting desk it delivered but I never received it , cant reach anyone on phone either . CAREFUL: this guys are very clever. They put Value-Price articles to good to be true. They are fishing.
Does not exist an authority to close down this kind of "online stores" and put into jail the guys behind this?

An expanding rack was ordered and paid for. A query on delivery date showed already delivered (which was not the case. Tried chasing through Kalemall, but this company has quite a few names. One answer received, that parcel was on the way. It finally arrived yesterday, a Child’s electric toothbrush.....not amused. I contacted Paypal, and they have refunded my money. I won’t miss an opportunity to let everyone know about this site. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Please 🙏 don't buy from this website. Biggest Scammers in Online business. Site should be blocked immediately. I received a tooth brush with tracking number. I ordered stream cleaner at half price.

Got scammed for portable desk. Can we get refunded from PayPal?

I wish I had done a little research before buying the aluminum laptop desk. I see they got my money but I have been waiting for weeks for my desk, what a joke. I'm usually very caution about these things but should have followed the old adage if it sound too good to be true, probably is! Run, don't walk. Facebook should be ashamed to allow them on its platform.

Scammers. I ordered a bicycle maintenance stand, and they sent me a cheap electric toothbrush. Do not buy from this organisation, they will rip you off.

They don’t deserve a single star, scammers. Once the order is placed they send out a fake tracking number and there’s no way to communicate with this company regarding your merchandise. Stay far far away from this company. Luckily I only spent $37.98. I paid through PayPal and disputed the charge through my bank so hopefully it gets refunded!

I googled their review and landed on this page. Beware of these fraudsters! They are not worth for even 1 star.

What a scam Keep away from this company. I saw this advertised on Facebook so I orderd the icecube machine on the 13 December 2020 . still haven't received it.They keep saying it's on its way and be patient.lucky I payed through PayPal I've taken it up with them hope they can get my money back.wish I looked up about them first as they have scammed loads of people .Shame on you Kalemall.Disgusted .
