Oh my, My first time at being scammed! Like everyone else received a watch that now i have read everyone else's reviews came from them. Royal Mail informed me the scam is where they send you a tracking number to say it has been delivered and actually sent a letter item to an address 100 miles away from me, so when you confront them it shows item was delivered! I really wanted the ice box lol.

Scam company needs to be blocked. Ice maker ordered - never received . Watches turned up. Had email contact saying order on way. DO NOT USE

Exactly the same scam as everybody else. Ordered an ice maker beginning of November 2020 and actually looked forward to this arriving for months, so dumb! Followed the tracking number and today some old blokes watch came through the door!! Have in the meantime managed to get my refund through paypal though as it was obviously not going to arrive. We live and learn, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is! I still want an ice maker though.... :-)

Absolute joke of a so called company. Ordered an ice machine back in Nov 20 and to the day it has never arrived they kept saying be patient etc. Thankfully I have now been refunded through PayPal but wow 3 months later I get a delivery same tracking number but defo not and Ice machine but a cheap crappy watch. Please be aware I wish I had read reviews before I made a purchase

I'm in the middle of disputing the purchase through Paypal. On December 26 I ordered a Hydroponic Herb Garden. A month later I received a cheap watch with the exact tracking order that was provided by Kalemall. At first I thought it was an honest mistake, and then upon further investigation found everyone else has had the same, or similar experience. KaleMall has offered to refund me $10 through PayPal which I have declined.(purchase and shipping was just under $30) PayPal should not be a middleman for payment for this fraud company. Update: declined their $10 offer. Now PayPal has said Kalemall said they would refund my full purchase after I return to CHINA the cheap watch they sent me. I checked it out and it will cost me more to return than the amount I'm waiting in a refund. So NO THANK YOU. Still working with Paypal. Don't trust Kalemall. They are nothing but a fraud.

I gave them (1) star because of advertising the ice maker but this company took my $$$$ & sent me some 🤬watches!!!

I ordered a carpet cleaner. About a month and a half into it I started getting suspicious as nothing had arrived and there were no updates on the tracking info. Had about a billion email exchanges with them where they kept on asking me to wait longer and longer. Finally took it up with PayPal and got my money back.
Today (more than 3 months later) I randomly received this crappy cheep watch and the tracking number on the package was the one they gave me for the carpet cleaner. Definitely a scam!!

Ordered a carpet cleaner on the 29th of November 2020 from this scum company and received an effing toothbrush today the 29th of January 2021, 2 months later. Yet they call that express delivery. Total scam

I ordered an electric toothbrush and two months later I got about 20 ice makers and 8 steam cleaners. This company is a scam!!

Ordered a Steam cleaner with express shipping, received a cheap useless electric toothbrush about 7 weeks later (what happened to express shipping?).

I doubt I will get a refund or a response to my email.

I recommend to not make any purchases from them.

Scammers who are still allowed to buy Facebook ads. They'll send a cheap watch no matter what you order.

Same thing happen to me, should have checked out the reviews, ordered a ice machine and they sent me a really cheap toothbrush, and say that they will ship me the ice machine after I return the toothbrush for them to check, my cost. It is a scam

I am still waiting for my items I ordered last year too ice mashing they sent me too toothbrush in stead crap company and should be shut down ripping off people not good enough

Yes they got my $40.96 for the ice machine, claiming that they delivered it. Got nothing. I have cameras proven they did not deliver. They’re just bickering back-and-forth with me right now. Scammed 100% I wish I would’ve read the reviews as well. Sucks

Why dont you people file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB? They have helped me several times. They get your money back!

My husband ordered a steam cleaner. We received the email the same day saying that it has already been shipped. However, we have not received it yet. It's the SCAM. I wish we could have saw the reviews before purchasing.

Omg I should have read the reviews, these people are scammers please please please people don’t buy from them, I ordered something on nov 11 I have not gotten it yet, I emailed them today and they email be back telling me I have to wait 2-3 more weeks, ITS A SCAM NOTHING IS GOING TO BE SENT TO ME, Jesus this is really bad that they are taking our money , please look at all the reviews they are real
