Dreadful customer service, refused to issue full refund for returned garments despite admitting that they arrived within the specified time. Don’t trust the positive reviews, they are deliberately trying to flood this platform with positive comments to hide the many negative reviews that all share the same experience. An absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.

Update February: once again, the response from the merchant is false. I did keep some items from the order, but did not receive the full refund for the items that I did return. The merchant confirmed receipt of the items I returned by email when confirming my refund (I have the evidence!), but only refunded the sale value and not the amount I paid for the returned items. And even then they didn’t add up the amounts correctly. Hence I have taken up the issue with my card provider as customer service wouldn’t engage with the issue. My review stands. Avoid this company at all costs.

Not impressed. Clothes are ok quality. I ordered some chinos that were to small, decided to return them by first class post tracked and insured to their return address. I can see the return was accepted and signed for. Still no refund issued a week later. Have emailed them 3 times now and tried to contact through Instagram still no luck. Everyone read this and only order if your prepared to never get a refund. I imagine all good reviews here are fake.

The style of clothing I’d look for in mens and it’s so hard to find quality ones that aren't on stores like shein. Looking forward to trying it all on
