Awful business
Awful business. Avoid them in case u have any questions , whatever u do don’t email their email address that starts “Customer Care” you will never get a response.
Eventually got hold of them via Instagram and they couldn’t stop telling me how they don’t respond to emails as they are an online company all the answers are on the website. I can’t return the item as it’s over the 14 days now ….. well it was only day 1 when I first emailed them !!! Clowns
