The worst customer service ever. Purchased a ring on a carnival/ p & o cruise ship. Special order. When i eventually received it was the wrong stone. They actually queried if it was just different light. It was supposed to be pink sapphire and was deep blue.
As way of apology after asking me to send back at my expense they offered to pay postage and told me would replace 10 weeks later. Everyone makes mistakes but how it is dealt with is key.

I made a purchase of a diamond on a cruise ship and I asked about the VAT paperwork to get my taxes back upon leaving Greece. Well the shop didn’t give us the paperwork and I’m down almost $1500. Thanks for nothing. If I knew I would get this much hassle I would have not made a purchase. I tried calling the company to at least get help with obtaining paperwork but again….no help whatsoever. They are quick to take your money though.

I have purchased three gorgeous pieces on a Holland America cruise.
I contacted Kallati customer services for support about a couple of the pieces.
Even with the pandemic I got excellent service and communication.
I am extremely satisfied with this company.🙏

I have ordered Kallati jewelry for quite some time. The earrings and necklace were a little smaller than what I expected, but the cut of the diamonds had such a beautiful glisten in the light that made up for the size. They are beautiful. Will definitely be ordering from them again

The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because of the time it took for delivery. I even sent an email asking where my earrings were and they just happen to ship the day I inquired.
I have several pieces of Kallati and love each and every one of them!!

My low marks has to do with: I wear a size 7 - 7-1/4, and ordered a 7. I was expecting the ring to fit based on the below request/response. When I received it I could barely get it passed my first knuckle on my ring finger. Now I have to pay to get it sized or wear as a "pinky" ring. I've purchased several pieces in the past on Carnival Cruise Lines. This is the first time I've ordered from the website and I'm disappointed. Probably won't do so again.

I had been looking for apink sapphire ring to replace the one I lost and found a beautiful pink sapphire ring in a heart shape with beautiful diamonds around it. Absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful than the one I had lost.
