I signed up a week ago now and felt compelled to leave these guys a review.

I don’t bet huge money but sometimes I like to have abit of a go. With skybet and hills I’ve had issues getting the stakes I wanted and was restricted. Kalooki took my bets without batting an eyelid, thankfully I kicked off with a winner and withdrew the majority which was in my bank within 2 minutes. For a WhatsApp service they’re incredibly fast with their responses. There may be a bump in the road down the line but for now I have to say they are fantastic 😄

Potential is 5 stars, however they operate like a 1 star company, and I can’t give a review on potential, I have to give a review of the current model.

At the beginning, I was having a great time and I enjoyed the service, but as soon as my account started showing profitable profit and loss the instantly restricted my account to make gambling more difficult for me. They removed Best odds guaranteed, and they restricted my deposit limits. Another thing they do, they will remove free bets from your account and replace it with cashback which you only receive a certain percentage of your LOSSES.

So if you win you get no rewards, you have to lose and lose big to get any type of reward. This is scamming the punters.

I couldn’t stress enough to steer clear of kalooki atleast untill they change their management, and business model.

This is a losing punters bookie.

Made two bets on day one - both won. Money returned almost instantly. Fantastic. However day two I went to place a bet - same market and league id bet on the day before and they said my account was restricted to the “major leagues”. Such a shame - could have been great. They seem friendly and quick but their narrowed focus and limiting of betting just soured it. Closed my account.

For years I’ve used the big names in this field and along the way shared my experiences with close friends or the public, out of every company I’ve ever used this one is by far the most professional and enjoyable experience, after reading the negative reviews on here and there are only a few it’s clear to me they’ve probably lost as there isn’t anything to fault here.

Heard an advert for Kalooki on TalkSport and thought I would open an account.
After one week of betting with them and placing a few bets daily the account has already been restricted, I only won a small amount (£100) so don't believe they accomodate high staking customers!
Thought they might be an alternative to the other books but sadly not.

Great stuff from these lads, bets on straight away prices correct and fast payouts.

I have been using this company for about 8 months, so enough time to give a fair appraisal. My experience has been mixed. Some very good stuff, and some pretty poor.

First the good -
1. easy and quick to open an account and to place bets on WhatsApp. Bets are confirmed/rejected pretty quickly.
2. withdrawals are very fast indeed. Cash is usually in your account within 10 minutes.
3. upon joining the offers are decent. BOG, price matches of other main sportsbooks, 2Up offer on football etc.
4. used to lay a decent size bet, although not for me any longer.
5. if you get a bet on and you win, you will get paid and within minutes of requesting the withdrawal.

The negatives are -
1. if you win all offers are removed from your account. I have literally zero benefits now. No BOG, no 2Up, no offers, even the FPP/official result is limited to a small amount.
2. price matching is VERY limited indeed. More than half of my price match requests are refused, despite them being with the major books and on mainstream sports. Very frustrating when they make a big play of this on the website. Basically, if the price is anywhere near the exchange price they don't want to know.
3. despite being significantly in profit, I have now been limited to a monthly deposit that is less than half of many of the single bets I have placed with them, because I refuse to supply additional personal financial information.
4. on a few occasions I have had bets not settled correctly and had to plead my case to 'management' before being paid out. Each time the bets were eventually settled in my favour, but it is concerning that I had to go through this process to reach the correct outcome.

I read an earlier review that said Kalooki will close your account if you're profitable. Whilst they haven't done that with me as such, my account is now so heavily restricted that it is not worth me putting much business through them any longer.

Kalooki make a play of being different to the traditional bookmakers, and to a point this is correct. Ultimately though, if you win they don't want you. If I was a losing customer, I know they would still be offering me lots of incentives to bet with them.

Great experience and I use it alot now! It's easy to use all you need is what's app and a bank account and if you are addicted to casino or live casino But you have to exclude yourself from the whole entire site to stop yourself but want to still Bet on sports then this is a great bookmaker. No closing accounts if you win like some bookmakers do aswell

And if you worried about winnings never getting back to you then DONT! As I recieved payments within minutes of asking for a withdrawal

They ban you if you're profitable. Only made about £160. They claim they aren't afraid to lay a good bet but they are, just like the other soft bookies in the UK, if you win they don't want you. I'd say join if you want to make a little amount of money before they sack you off.

My experience thus far has been good. I generally only bet on horse racing but the prices they give are more than fair/generous.

I’ve never had to wait more than 2/3 mins for a withdrawal and touch wood never been asked for ridiculous documents after a win like those parasites at skybet.

Certainly worth a shout if you’re looking for a new bookie 👍🏻

One final thing to add….. it’s so refreshing to speak to people who know what they’re talking about, they understand rules etc rather than the robotic ness of other live chat services.

Have to say, very happy with Kalooki bookmakers, super fast pay outs, very easy to use.

Backed a horse for five places at Fairyhouse extra place at the time they were 19 runners and ended up going down to 13 my horse finish fifth and they did a very decent thing and paid me out unlike other bookies

Simply outstanding company to deal with.. never afraid to lay a decent bet and a wide range of markets & sports covered. What's not to like? The experience of the principals on the racecourse has made a massive difference in the way the treat their customer. Recommended highly in a very competitive market.

Don’t tend to write reviews good or bad but nothing but proper service with this lot. Stopped betting with online bookmakers because it’s all a scam, make it so hard to pay out.
These pay out immediately- bets over what’s app so easy.

Best odds on horses, and open til 11pm. No checks when sending money, easy as you like. The way having a bet should be, no stress and hassle when wondering if you will get paid or not. 100% recommend.

Where else, would you get 10% cash back? Not free bets. Cashback on your losses into your account, to be withdrawn if you feel like.
This alone should be incentive to open an account with this company.

I myself have been with them for a few years, always treated me with fairness. Any dispute been settled amicably.
Nothing but sport, no gimmicks, no casino, no bingo. Sport only.
