Don’t tend to write reviews good or bad but nothing but proper service with this lot. Stopped betting with online bookmakers because it’s all a scam, make it so hard to pay out.

Ive always given kalooki sportsbook a 5* review since joining them in sept 2022 i think? Im a very friendly person & always got on well with the traders, untill dec 1st last year..where i was told not to chat with traders "just come on put your bet on & thats it" i came on there site yesterday 4th jan ...said happy new year to the traders no reply. Next day today 5th jan i put a msge up just saying "you can call me Rob still but dont worry i wont engage in conversation as i know your busy" (which is right) No Reply! Apart from not being friendly last 2 days & i assume in the future, they ll be pleased to know, that im still recomending customers for them..cos as far as bookmaking goes, i can t fault them, there still the best bookmaker in the uk for me, Ive just goto get used to putting my bets on & not engaging with any traders.

After betting with the guys for a couple of weeks i finally hit myself a tasty winner on the footy. Was abit nervy asking to withdraw my money as i've had problems with the so called big firms asking me for docs and jumping through hoops when i've had a 4 figure win.

Betting sites can be criticised quite heavily and sometimes quite rightly so, slow withdrawals but instant deposits and often bad customer service. I’ve never met a betting company quite like Kalookisportsbook, I was hesitate at first as it’s a telephone betting site but very quickly my concerns were calmed, their fast responses and great customer service I immense, they match a lot of sites odds and are also very patient with fast payouts. Anyone reading this I really implore you to give them a go you will be happy you did!.

Kalookisportbook is by far the best bookmaker out there. For years I used the big bookmakers (Bet365, Skybet, etc) and I always thought they were the best of course, until I come across Kalooki! The WhatsApp service is absolutely flawless, and the withdrawals are instant! The lads at Kalooki are brilliant (especially Trader 3), and I would recommend this bookmaker over any other bookmaker, to anyone.

Very bully site. What ever happened to customer service. They state that you can bet in play but their too slow then blame you when the odds have disappeared. There obviously making too much money by keeping their mug customers. Don't be bullied stay away from this site very rude and try to wind you up. Recommended to Kalooki by a friend, I was a bit sceptical as betting via app is a bit faceless and you have concerns about recourse, getting paid if you win etc. I was reassured by the fact Kalooki are represented on course and therefore have credibility. I read reviews and whilst they were mixed, on closer inspection you could see the negatives were mainly sour grapes. I thought I’d give it ago; setting up the account was easy - photo ID / Bank statement / proof of address sent by WhatsApp. Betting so simple - you can screen shot Oddschecker and ask for a price. Obv if you take the mick and ask for a fantasy 365 price I’d expect you get politely (or not) declined. I have had no issues getting the ‘generally available’ price to the extent I now just send my bet request and they reply confirming the price - not once have they offered anything other than the generally available best. On my first bet I asked for the extra place and was told they always bet standard place terms - no prob, you know where you stand. Withdrawals are instant - like, right way. I get the impression these are actual bookmakers who’ll take a fair bet and no doubt after adjust their position if need be. This has to be the way forward and I urge all bettors to trade with them. I’ll be the first to post if I get any issues but I’m sure, provided I don’t ask for a fantasy price, with extra place at 7pm the day before racing we ‘ll be fine. I have been gaming for many years and I have to say I’m more than impressed.
