Poor customer take long while to get back and don't put bets on when ask them to. Bit of an attitude as well. Far better companies out there. If cone across stroll on by. Have received response which if you look at the replies they provide they just like having a go back. This tells you everything about the company you need to know. Please check all replies. There isn't one where they are at fault. Not an honest company. An honest. A good company would say I'm sorry about your experience if you provide details we look into nd get back to you. THIS COMPLETELY SHOWS HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES. Have to learn to treat customers with respect and be right with people instead of acting like you do. NO CLASS

KALOOKI SPORTSBOOK ... This is my 2nd review, About this bookmaking company since i first joined on 08/09/22. I did say id do Another Review, When Ive been with them a little longer. Well I stand by what I said in my 1st review, That they are the best bookmaker you ll ever find in the uk.Ive never had any problems with the people that work at this company & as i bet in large amounts ...if i did have any problems id be off looking elsewhere. Im very very happy with the "Layers" Jackkky Boy & Shakin & Others that have taken my bets. Never too slow in taking a bet "In Play" neither, which is very important to me with the stakes i put on. I really cannot find any fault with these genuine people that run this service,As i said in my last review the best thing is..when I want some money from my accnt..its there seconds later in my bank account ..there a 100% Genuine Bookmakers & Most Of All Very Friendly. I just cannot get my head around some bad reviews on here? Im very surprised at that. Still I can t see them changing so there deffo my 1 & only bookmaker (since sept 8th) im sticking with these guys i can t ask for anymore from them, After having 17 accnts closed online by joke bookmakers these i promise you "ARE THE REAL DEAL" ...Rob.

Joke of a company. They advertise they will match high street bookies but really only match when it suits them.

Don’t offer any extra places on horses. Whoever operates the WhatsApp chat is a miserable git with the customer service skills of a newt.

Constantly knock down the prices of the screenshots you send in, when it’s because of their slow responses that you don’t get the price you have screenshotted!

Company called Skillbet who offer the same service but are much more friendly and accommodating!

And in reply to your message, yes I’m sure it’s yourself I’m talking about, I’ve edited my date of experience to make you feel better! As previously stated, customer service skills are shocking!

Jokers, accuse you of falsifying screenshots of bets from skybet/bet366. Don’t they understand that the line can move in the time taken to take a screenshot and post it into WhatsApp? Just say no bet and move on but instead they accuse you of trying to cheat them. Use another betting service, these cowboys are a joke.

They take a big bet and pay out instantly, and you can chat about your bet with them. And they say well done when you win 😂 absolute class bookies 👍

Great to start but the best odds soon go, then the prices start being well below what’s available on the market. Another bookie who can’t accept people beating the prices.

Haven’t used much since they took best odds away and you’re usually getting worse odds than any other bookmaker. There’s literally zero appeal to using Kalooki unless you’re a serial loser

Advertise that they’ll match Sky, Bet365, Hills prices on all sport. They don’t. Consistently offer shorter odds than requested (which would be fair enough, if they didn’t advertise that they’d match competition), if at all (refused multiple bets outright, then closed my account). To be honest, if these guys are taking your bets long term, you probably shouldn’t be gambling.

So it's been 6 months since I wrote my initial review.
I've noticed one or two disgruntled reviews.
One on cycling, I perfectly understand cycling can be a "niche" market, no more niche than "Eurovision"
I asked a simple question, as Sky/Hills/365 will cover each way 1st 4, 1/4 will you be covering alike? Yes on the Saturday of the competition. Fair answer to a fair question. Wasn't sure of the complexity of the cycling question, but it could not have been a market 365/hills or sky covered as they use these firms as a benchmark, so to give "bad review " against a niche sport, well its certainly not my way of reviewing sites.
Second review I noticed was, due to an email not being replied to, they are predominantly an instant social media site, so not getting a timely response to "snailmail" is not a reason for the bad review in my opinion.
Third, Customer loyalty. I can only give you my point of view, I have no problem, I have losing times, occasionally I have winning times, and when I do have wins my winnings are deposited into my account in minutes. If you ask questions, their replies and "here to help" has never changed, you are in most cases instantly in touch with guys who know their sport and more to the point know the betting industry.
We all have to remember they are a business, like any other business its cut throat, especially for the betting industry. However I'd rather have my question answered quickly by a human being and not a robot.
I've been betting for over 45 years, and I'll will hold my hand up and say, this outfit remind me of the old school at the race tracks, before computers who would go out of their way to accommodate customers. BTW I'm most definitely not a robot😂

Just wanted to mention on record my thanks to kalooki give me 3 free tickets for Cheltenham any day of my choice....
Not only is the betting here great but the sheer kindness you don't get anywhere else. Never been before for me was a dream and kalooki made it happen so thank you and I appreciate it really do.

Found out about these chaps on the final furlong podcast. Good friendly, honest group of lads. You get to talk with the traders in a WhatsApp group. They match prices from major firms, give best odds guaranteed and have very fast withdrawals. Highly recommend.

Terrible service.
No customer loyalty.
Traders not quick at responding.

Stick to main stream betting services this is worst ive ever come in contact with.
