Ok It's Good!

Nervous as I have not seen any signs of shipping of my item and has been close to ten days. I got it that COVID is affecting some stuff but idk I would like an update. Just got an update and order has been shipped!!

BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered from them on 4/5/20. I received an order confirmation and nothing since. I have emailed a couple times to no avail. This was my first and LAST time buying from them.

Great customer service I've been…

Great customer service I've been shopping with them for a while and always had my items arrive on time and brand new. Brought an outfit and finally got to wear it, have been getting plenty of compliments and even stopped and ask where did I get it from.

Sharing love for Karmaloop

About two-and-a-half weeks ago, I discovered that Karmaloop had the Bailey UGG short boot in brown on sale for under $90. I snapped up a pair immediately. Then I began to find online reviews that trashed the store and warned people away. I immediately got nervous, thinking that maybe I'd bought a pair of fake UGGs or that I'd not receive my order.

I'm pleased to say that everything was totally on the up-and-up. The shoes got to me within the 5-10 window customer service told me was the norm. And they were indeed the genuine article! I couldn't be happier with my purchase or with how Karmaloop handle my order. Props to this little store for working hard to make the brand work again.

I don't understand why does it take so…

I don't understand why does it take so long for a consumer to get their order. Usually, products at a big company would be delivered within 5 days, but it take Karmaloop to process an order within 5-10 business days. That is asinine. I've ordered my items on November 21, and I sill haven't received it. Karmaloop really need to solve and better their service

So UPSET

So UPSET. The 1 thing I wanted for christmas they sent me the wrong pair of Van's and the pair I wanted is sold out now. I got zero compensation just a refund... and a return label

No estimate on when item will be…

No estimate on when item will be shipped or how long the shipping will take. No response from customer service. Item hasn't even shipped yet but they've already charged me the money. Feel like I've been scammed.

Edit; Called customer service, since it's a vendor item it takes 5-10 days to ship. Wouldn't have been an issue if they waited to charge me until it shipped. Will update when or if I receive my item

FINAL EDIT:: I have received my item. I have no issues with it, what I do have issues with is them sending me a tracking number, saying it's through DHL but nothing ever came up on their site. I ended up looking it up on USPS and it was valid there. Although they were still waiting on receiving the package 2-3 days after Karmaloop sent me an email saying it shipped. I checked a day before it arrived and it said usps is waiting on the carrier and it arrived next day. No email back from support from when I first emailed them by the way. Not comfortable with people like this having my cc info. Order from somewhere else and save yourself a headache

Great

At first with all the suspicious reviews I thought I was gonna be ripped off or have some sort of error with my order. Instead my clothes were shipped within a week and a half in good condition.

item came with a defect out the bag the and the others have really bad sizing and trying to return or exchange an item just forget about it worst customer service emailed back and forth with them for a whole week all i want is a return shipping label. its like asking for a limb or something.

1 star is being generous

1 star is being generous. I ordered a shirt didn't get it until 3 weeks later. Sent me the wrong shirt. I sent it back and I never received my refund. It's been a year! DO NOT ORDER FROM KARMALOOP!

I ordered 2 shirts and pants. sent me the wrong colored pants. took a week to respond to my issue. Told me a week and a half later the shirts were out of stock. complete crap to a loyal customer
