Although they’ve had a bad history, they are really headed in the right direction any I’m very satisfied with their service. Everything I’ve ordered was perfect and their website is very helpful. A+

Took me forever to get a promo code that worked. Didn't get to use my new customer promo code because of course it doesn't apply to what I purchased. So I had to leave an item in my wish list which when I go back to get it it will be sold out!

My only gripe with K Loop is I feel that they should not sell skins of exotic animals and i’m pro hunting just not the torture of animals otherwise karmaloop is a go to for fresh gear and i’ve been shopping with them for years

Clothes are super cute, but shipping is a separate price per item because it’s a site for several different independent brands, which means the items are shipping from different factories..if you buy multiple items, you’re basically paying full price on the “sale” price once all that shipping is tacted on. Then the “free shipping” on purchases $35 and up only applies to certain items, but you don’t find that out until you check out.

Great products! just dont appreciate the constant promo codes that dont "apply", seems like youre baiting people. Constant promo codes popping up on the site, then when i apply them they dont work for certain items and such. sort of lame to even offer promo codes when they have 'fine print' to them. overall an okay experience.
