Jason was honest and upfront with me throughout the whole process. I’m naturally cautious and suspicious when buying a used car but my fears were unfounded.
I had an initial problem with the convertible Range Rover Evoque I bought from him (not Jason’s fault and could not have been foreseen) - and Jason put it right immediately and without question.
The car (now 9 months later) has proved to be one of the best, most reliable cars I have ever bought. I was thinking about my car today and felt compelled, all this time later, to write a review to applaud Jason’s knowledge and his honesty. Don’t be fooled by his “relaxed persona” - he works hard to make sure all sale details are perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I am disappointed to write that after purchasing a vehicle from Jason we encountered an issue within the first week. We found unauthorised access on the software of the car and some serious mechanical issues. We wanted to exercise our legal right to reject the car but karmann are refusing to respond and the address they have on their website is non existent so we do not have a physical address to return the car.
The whole experience has been awful, the legal costs incurred have been enormous. Please avoid at all costs.

I certainly would not recommend you purchase from this man.
I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Karman Classic Cars (Jason) in December 2025, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
Just six days after taking delivery of the vehicle, it broke down. Following a diagnostic inspection, I was advised not to start the engine and had to rely on breakdown assistance. The vehicle was subsequently found to have numerous faults, including an "unauthorised software/calibration detected" issue.
I formally notified the seller that I was rejecting the vehicle due to these faults. However, rather than addressing the rejection, I was advised to pursue the matter through the warranty provider, with Jason stating that he accepted no liability.
Since then, I have found the process of returning the vehicle extremely difficult. The address listed on the business website does not appear to correspond to a vehicle sales premises, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I remain in possession of a vehicle that, in my view, was not of satisfactory quality when supplied.
Communication has also been frustrating, as I have repeatedly been informed that the seller is on holiday when attempting to progress the matter, causing further delays in reaching a resolution.
As the vehicle was delivered to me, returning it has presented additional challenges. I would welcome direct contact from the seller to arrange collection of the vehicle and provide a full refund so that this matter can be resolved promptly and amicably.

My experience with Karmann Classics has been appalling from start to finish. I purchased a vehicle for £7300, which was advertised as having “no faults”.
Significant faults emerged within just days of purchase, followed by a serious engine failure less than two weeks after purchase that rendered the car unsafe and undriveable.
The mileage of the vehicle was also not as advertised on AutoTrader and did not match what I had been told by the dealer.
The conduct of this dealer throughout has been completely unacceptable and, in my opinion, deeply dishonest.
Within 3 days of collecting the vehicle, I reported serious faults with the passenger door. Less than 2 weeks after purchase, a major engine issue was discovered, I was informed the engine required an engine replacement.
Despite this, Karmann Classics repeatedly ignored phone calls, emails, text messages and voicemails. Their phones regularly went straight to voicemail, work numbers were unanswered, and communication only occurred after I managed to contact them through an alternative number. I was even unable to locate the supposed business premises at the address provided.
The after-sales service has been non-existent.
I formally rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even then, they ignored repeated attempts to communicate before eventually agreeing to refund me — but only after relentless chasing using an alternative phone number. They used strong and rude language on the phone.
However, they then failed to arrange collection, failed to maintain communication, failed to refund within the legal 14-day timeframe, and even failed to meet the 30-day deadline they set themselves. To this date, I have received no refund and no further communication to all forms of communication.
To date, I have been forced to escalate matters through Trading Standards, the Motor Ombudsman, and legal action purely because of their refusal to communicate or resolve matters responsibly.
What has shocked me most is not just the serious condition of the vehicle sold, but the complete avoidance, lack of accountability, and disregard shown once problems emerged.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise to avoid dealing with this company.

Any serious buyer (as I WAS) would do some simple background checks on the vehicle before considering a purchase. You’ve made yourself look even worse by replying with this nonsense below.

Great service
Great service. I bought a discovery sport from Jason and am really pleased with it after 2 months, no issues or problem and although it’s 10 years old, it drives like new. The car was fully serviced and cleaned. Whilst delivering the car the windscreen developed a crack and it was all cleared up and paid for by Jason, no quibble.
I would recommend Karmann classic cars to anyone and am always keeping an eye on their stock for really good examples. No sales pressure, if you see a car you like then buy it!

Sold a lie
Very disappointed with the experience.
Bought a 2019 Mercedes E-Class and only after taking the car home did I notice multiple marks and scratches that were never mentioned, even though I had specifically asked about the condition. When I raised it, I was told he would speak to his detailer, but I never received a reply.
I was also assured all the paperwork for my part-exchange would be sorted, yet I later started receiving parking fines for my old car because it clearly hadn’t been transferred properly. Again, no response after repeatedly trying to contact Jason.
Great communication before the sale, but absolutely no support afterwards. It feels like once the deal was done, all responsibility vanished. I was even told the tax would be covered, only to find out I had to pay it myself.
Be cautious — scratches were hidden, promises weren’t kept, and aftercare was non-existent. ALSO watch for miles on the car, although minor I noticed he sells cars around 5k miles below the actual amount.
