Purchased a Range Rover from Katie and Jason earlier this year and was so impressed with the quality of the vehicle and service that we received that when our daughter passed her driving test we went back to them. They showed us 3 cars within our budget before we settled on a nice little 15 plate Ford Fiesta. Katie gave us the best price possible and even gave us a free warranty as we were returning customers. Can whole heartedly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

If I could give a lower score I would. Spent over £30k on a car once payment was made it took 4 weeks to deliver. Should of had some paint work done (it wasn’t) rear bumper should have been refitted (it wasn’t) the rear bumper oem worth a lot of money was sent 3 weeks later damaged and then it was apparent why he hadn’t fitted it. The one on the car had been bodged and had no crash bar ! There was a leak on a fuel line which could have caught fire, car was delivered in limp mode, warranty was registered to the wrong address completely and once in the ramps the exhaust was welded by a comedian absolute disgrace. Promised the earth and a perfect car but got a really rough example which has the worst paint job ever. Overspray of both the paint and primer on every gasket and even the driver door card snapped. Once my money was taken I was bounced form person to person, honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Talks a good game though ended up costing me thousands as even the warranty only covers £1k. I would avoid Jason and his team, I’ve given him plenty of time to put things right but won’t respond and clearly has blocked me. I would take him to the ombudsman but surprise surprise they’re not registers with them or any trade body. Thoroughly disappoint I hate writing such a negative review but after being ignored for weeks I have to say something I have pics and invoices to corroborate everything

Good service when we bought in January however now trying to get an answer about the warranty and what this covers following the failure of my alternator. Was quick enough to answer when I first enquired if they did a warranty (same day response) but 5 emails later since 26th September and no response at all. I only wanted to know if the warranty covers the alternator of not. Just needed a yes or no. Good customer service? 🤔

Bought Range Rover Evoque this week,great spec and fantastic service from Jason, everything was as described and we took delivery in north wales, all paperwork taken care off, swapping private plates etc nothing too much trouble would highly recommend and when my daughter comes home in 3 weeks she’ll be looking for a car and it will be the first place we look!

Bought my 2003 Boxster S from Jason and experienced great service from the first telephone call through to the purchase and collection.
The car was exactly as described and shown in the photographs. It was very well presented and drives fantastically. I collected the car a couple of weeks later and it was fully MOT’d and detailed.
All in all, a great service and I would happily buy another car from Jason.

Great Customer Service first time buyer and will recommend buying from them. Purchased my Rs3 honestly greatest purchase ever made start to finish especially having to travel a long distance it was a very good experience and journey. Best car buying experience ever!! Jason was brilliant from his prompt response to my initial enquiry, through the viewing and test drive - no hard sell and very knowledgeable on Porsches and answered all our queries. The sale was completed professionally and Katy dealt with every aspect of the paperwork all with a smile. 😁 Picked my Macan up a few days later, it was gleaming having been freshly washed and polished. The whole thing was a really positive experience, relaxing, pleasant and helpful. What's not to like!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end for purchasing my Audi TT Convertible. Jason was quick and honest with all questions and queries initially going above and beyond with detail and photos for us to review. Katy was amazing in delivering the car to us and was a joy and pleasure to chat with while we went through all the final purchase details, she even had to have a long journey back home due to a train strike with no hassle or worries from her at all, just part of their amazing service to facilitate us. I saw the perfect Range Rover for myself on Jason website so my husband said to give Jason a call to see if we could book in a test drive. Jason was more than happy to meet that day with very short notice as I didn’t want to wait around. Jason had plenty of time to talk over everything with me and my husband, we took the car for a test drive even though Jason had to get him self ready for a flight. Nothing was to much for him. We felt like he had plenty of time for us. I’m Very happy to say I got my car with a full tank of fuel, cleaned and polished which I have never had before. Jason has literally gone above and beyond he has started in contact with me and my husband whilst being on holiday to make sure we were happy with the collection of a new car. I can honestly recommend anyone that looking for a personal experience when buying a car to go to Jason. I know me and my husband will definitely be customers for life. My husband is already thinking about getting rid of his vehicle he already has to get a second on from Jason.

Jason has nicely selected premium cars at decent prices and my recent experience buying an exceptional older classic (which he didn’t really need to sell) was excellent. He’s enthusiastic and genuine with proper processes and a desire to get future business.

There should be more car dealers like Jason. Professional, honest and transparent, and a great sense of humour. So helpful and efficient in sorting out paperwork (thanks to Katy too).

I purchased a car off Karmann Classic Cars last month and I have to say what an absolutely enjoyable and fantastic experience I had.
I purchased a 2021 Cayenne Turbo for my wife and I to enjoy with our grandchildren, I wanted a no hassle, no pushy sales and easy, honest and no money talk experience and that’s truly what I got with Jason and Katie.
For such a small business there was so much care and thought put into my wife’s specifications and I being a car specialist was utterly surprised by the high service I got. The car was beautifully presented, with no helicoptering sales, all questions asked were answered with no “maybes” or “I’ll find out” and even the fiddly paperwork (which I despise) was all sorted out, even to the plate transfer of my wife’s car which I wasn’t selling, was taken car of.
The warranty arrived swiftly, which I read through and can’t fault and after a month of having the car my wife managed to knock a bollard so I gave Jason a call and he even helped me source a body repair which his contacts knew of in my area and sorted it out for me.
I can’t fault the sale, detail and after sales, my wife and I felt at ease and like our needs truly mattered and which I’ve never experienced at any other garage brand new or second hand via a car retailer.

Purchesd My Maserati a few weeks ago from Jason & Katy who wee both really great from the first contact, and was sold the car with no hassle or forced issues, we travelled down and collected from train station that day and given a great welcome after such a long journey.
Being in the motor trade myself I had no issues with the sale or transferring a deposit which was agreed to be given back if I wasn't fully satisfied with the car.
All paperwork to date has been done and was given the full tank fuel etc and unlimited road test ,plus nothing was hidden and given in false terms.
In the futer I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jason if I was looking for or saw a specific car I fancied in the future regardless of distance. Thanks again and we'll probably be distant friends being into our cars 👌 Gavin.
