Brought my C63 from Jason, can’t recommend him enough for his helpfulness and willing to accommodate where needed.
Would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

Easy purchase of a CLS500, Jason and Katy were very welcoming and did everything to make the purchase special as well as being transparent at all times, giving me peace of mind. Would 100% recommend and would purchase again from here when I decide to upgrade again.

I've been looking for the right car For a, while. But one day while on the Web.
I came across this Stunning BMW Z4. And I have now bought this Car. Jason parker the Owner along side his wife Katie were Very professional in they're Job.And both are Very Nice and helpful.
I'm REALLY happy with my Z4. And the both of them couldn't do enough for me.

Why can't all car dealers be like Karmann Classic Cars. Polite, informative, helpful. The cars they have are as described and they couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Most certainly will recommend them to anyone.

We don’t often do reviews but on this very good experience felt we should. We bought a RR Evoque soft top a couple of months ago from Karmann CC plus sold our BMW 125i cabriolet. The Evoque had a rattle which was fixed and paid for by KCC without question. The whole purchase experience was dealt with efficiently and friendly by Jason and Katie who delivered on all the details including service, 12 months MOT, home delivery, full tank etc.

Just purchased a 2014 Mondeo. car exactly as described with a fresh mot with new tires and brakes as they flagged up on the MOT, also a full tank of fuel. I was aware this was a part exchange vehicle but it was valeted and polished as if it were a high end car. Found the whole experience smooth and painless. Highly recommend. Happy customer

I bought a lovely SLK and Jason was a really nice guy not pushy friendly and helpful. I got a good deal and he took my elderly CLK in part ex.

If they have not got the car you want wait until they do!!!
Whole experience was less stressful than a massage, Jason is friendly, chatty and as far from pushy as is possible and Katy is ruthlessly efficient with the paperwork.
For the test drive I was allowed to take the car by myself, go where I wanted and check everything that was important to me, no set route, no timed return, no salesman taking over dodgy knocking noises. To make it even better I genuinely believe if the car was not for me Jason would not have wanted to sell it to me. As a collective they are far more worried about the customer getting the right car than someone buying one of theirs.

Anytime that Jason did not answer a call I was called back within 5-10 mins and never rushed, progress of the sale was kept up to date and Jason not only kept to his word on all of the points that he said he would he also took the time to list them out for me so there was no ambiguity.

Once the car was collected it was over to Katy for the paperwork, and she is the epitome for efficiency. Again consistent and accurate with updates, exactly what was wanted.

As a team they are professional, approachable, friendly and fair. The experience was so good I already want to buy another car.

Oh and the car? Exactly what I wanted and expected, presented as they said it would be, and to a standard that my wife approved of. There is no higher praise than that.

Overall a very positive experience - I would happily do business with Jason & Katie again. Fair pricing for the PX and the new car, they seem trustworthy and nice, genuine people. Being a little quicker with some of the aftercare questions / admin things would have made it 5 stars, but that’s not a deal breaker.

My daughter saw her dream car on the Karmann classics website. From the first call to Jason (who was abroad at the time) we were made to feel like his most important customer ever. He put us in touch with his partner Katy, who also made us feel like valuable potential customers. We arranged to fly down from Scotland to collect the car and they even paid for taxis to get us to them. We dealt with Jason's mum on the day and nothing was too much trouble for her. We got the usual promises from a car dealer - immaculate car, mot, taxed for a full year, full tank of petrol, years warranty etc etc. And they delivered on every single one of them. Jason even went as far as promising to refund the cost of my flights if I decided not to buy the car, and after the way we were treated, I have no reason to believe this was not a genuine offer that he would honour.
Jason, Katy and his mum are a credit to the second hand car industry, and a lot of dealers could learn a lot of lessons from them. A spectacular product. A spectacular service. And one unbelievably happy daughter.

I Bought a Ford Mondeo from Karmann Classic Cars I initially dealt with Jason who was totally honest about the car from the off.Katie then showed me the car.I duly purchased the car on the basis of what needed to be done.The car looked liked new when i collected it on 18/11/23.Despite probably being the cheapest car they had I was made to feel i was buying something much more expensive

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
We travelled by train to view the car as it was quite a way from where we live.
Katy, (Jason's partner) went above and beyond to help us, she even collected us from the train station, saving us a taxi.
Jason was away on business so Katy facilitated the appointment.
Car was immaculate and was just as described in the advert.
We spent around 2 hours viewing, checking, test driving, Katy was patient and accommodating allowing us to take our time and was never pushy regarding the sale.
Needless to say we left very happy customers with our new car.
Would highly recommend Karmann Classic Cars and Katy!

I recently bought the most diligently and immaculately prepared Panamera Turbo from Karmann Classics.
From my first call with Jason I had a sense of genuine straightforward passion that other dealers rarely seem to possess. I knew I was speaking with a true enthusiast.
From there I liaised with Katy, who quite honestly has the patience of a saint! However many obstacles I managed to throw in her way, she made my happiness seem like the most important thing in the world to her. Along with Jason they went above and beyond what I’d have normally expected, to get the best deal for me without ever making me feel pressured. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. In fact the whole process was such fun that I felt I’d gained a couple of friends at the end of it!
The result is that I own my dream car which was delivered already fitted with happy memories.

Cowboy car dealer

Dear Mr Parker,

Firstly if you’re going to be putting incorrect information on Trustpilot, you need to be factually correct.

This car is 12 year old, as it was registered on the 29th March 2011.

The car was serviced by Porsche Chelmsford on 29th June 2023, I know this, as I have the service history in writing from Porsche. I bought the car from you on the 30th September 2023!!

Mr Parker that’s not 7 days, it’s actually 3 months after the event. Again factually incorrect.

As for the service history in maintenance book, it states maintenance & oil service and not a major service, as per your reply. Again factually incorrect.

The last Mot was not performed by Porsche, as per your reply, it was actually done by

91076 CABRA MOTOR COMPANY LTD, Roman Road Basingstoke RG23 8HE on the 18th August 2023, with an expiry date of 6th September 2024.

MOT test number 6782 4519 4509.

This company is not a Porsche dealership performing the mot, as per your reply. Again factually incorrect.

As for the 9th main dealer stamps, the maintenance book, only has 6 stamps. Again factually incorrect.

The category S car that you bought from me and sold on immediately with a nice profit.

I find your statement of this car being in perfect health factually wrong, as it had many issues which needed to be addressed. I even sent you pictures of the oil leaks the very next day.

How would Porsche Brooklands have a diagnostic report of my car, when it’s never been there? Please provide the proof.

The car broker down on the 12th October with a failed engine coil, at this point the Jaz Porsche stated this car is leaking oil, which required the engine to come out. This information was sent to you and your business partner, with pictures provided.

This was backed up by 2 independent Porsche Specialists, which stated this work needs to be done.

As for the handwritten note, this was an inital estimate from 911SBD LTD, until they found more issues with this car, which of course added extra costs to the final bill.

The items that needed to be replaced are as follows,

Replace 8 spark plugs.
Replace 8 ignition coils.
Replace right and left rocker cover gaskets.
New right and left rocker cover bolts.
New front chain cover gaskets.
New front chain cover bolts.
New gear box filter.
New gearbox sump gasket.
New gearbox oil.

Strange a perfectly healthy car, as you’ve previously stated, would need all these items to be replaced!! I am not in the habit of falsifying required repairs and spending 4K.

I chose this garage over the one you suggested, as they were not a Porsche Specialist. 911SDB LTD is, and has many very positive Trustpilot reviews.

At no point did you ever mention an actual monetary amount to buy this car back.

I would say to any prospective buyers, triple check the car your buying from this company, with AA/RAC and an independent meganic, before parting with any money, because as soon as there any issues, there simply not interested.

Just look at the previous negative reviews of people buying cars with oil leaks and differential issues.

Thankfully, I now have a car with the many issues as previously stated above, are now resolved, and fit for purpose, but at a cost to me, which should have been addressed by this company on the PDI.

We purchased a car for my Son. The car is in excellent condition and has been well looked after. Jason was brilliant, very helpful. Would definitely buy again. Highly recommend.

I purchased a porche cayman from Jason & Katie they could not do enough for me and from start to finish my experience was stress free.
Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable and a great couple, they put a years warranty on the car and Katie effortlessly dealt with the DVLA new owners and road tax for me, she was amazing, they even delivered the car.
I would highly recommend this company and 100% with put a doubt will be using this company again.
Definitely worth a look if your shopping around for a good car with professional services.
