Kaspersky UK 

It's a great product, is the best antivirus, and is amazing with ransomware. The UI is also nice, the auto-renewal is very easy to turn off (All the people saying it's hard are probably just bad with technology as it can be disabled with 1 button) and the customer support is really good. I have used the plus plan from 2023-2024 and have just renewed the premium plan.

difficulty or rather i`m finding it impossible to cancel auto renew subscription on kapersky..a comment on here says they had success cancelling on the digital river site but i`m having trouble finding that....any tips

Antivirus won't notice me he was Removing files from computer. Some processes couldn't be executed because of it. Some of them had "unknown" as type. Okay? Like, is it an antivirus or a functionality blocker?
He removed node.js process because of "unknown" reasons. ok.

Cancelling auto-renewal is designed to be complicated. The problem is that Kaspersky hides behind Digital River. Kaspersky prints some text in grey on a grey background to hide certain information. It took some time to work out how to do it. Try searching on Digital River cancellation rather than Kaspersky cancellation.

I have been using Kaspersky total security and vpn for a few years recently the vpn blocks the total security updates after spending some time researching why updates failed i disconnected vpn and updates started running also blocks downloads
have to close vpn for downloading torrents which was one reason why i purchased in the first place wont be renewing

No support for Brave Browser. I will not switch the browser i will switch the Security Software in future.

I've never experienced such difficulty attempting to cancel a subscription service. I'm young and very technically competent, I can not imagine how difficult others would find it.

Kaspersky purposely makes the cancellation procedure very long and convoluted. Will not be using Kaspersky ever again.

My friends recommend using Kaspersky instead of other antivirus softwares because it's light and have user-friendly dashboard. I find that it's really effective in protecting my phone.

If it wasnt for the fact that my PC is just for gaming it would get 5 stars. Allowing applications through and even using port forwarding Kaspersky kills games that use their own online service. I.e Elite Dangerous (Frontier), Hitman (ioi), Ghost Recon (Some EA thing). Had to delete it and live off Windows Defender with 2 months left of my sub.

it does the job.. simple yet efficient. I got really good discount on it and it doesnt slow down my computer

Total scam. Not possible to cancel. It is physically impossible for me to remove my payment card details from their system.

Reported them to Barclaycard as a scammer and requested they block all future payments.

I initially got this product free as a feature of my back account. I can no longer access my account and I’m therefore unable to use the product that I now pay for through an automatic renewal every year.

I am unable to cancel the product and I can’t access it to use it. I absolutely detest this company and what they are doing to customers. Please avoid. I can’t usefully review the product as I’ve been unable to use it for years.

The product is technically good, but I want to cancel anyway. but now I find Kaspersky make it impossible to cancel (guys : there is no "cancel subscription" button in my Kaspersky, and you've sent me an order number that doesn't register on your email system). Strong advice folks : don't buy, and certainly do NOT set up auto renew on this product.

Still no way to stop auto renewal despite their saying that I will get an email about renewal and I can do it from there. I have that email and still no way to stop auto renewal. This has been going on for months. They just don't care. NEVER buy this service.

Best Antivirus Ever, great services and more useful than McAfee

The Security suite is excellent. It offers the required security and rich features to protect devices. However, a few minor irritants need to be settled.
1. Nowadays our kids go out of the country to study and job seeking. Their activation becomes an issue.
2. There is a dire need to place a full offline installer on MyKaspersky.

Absolutely a nightmare.
I'm a android user galaxy note phone, average count of having to go through biometrics/log in is every 4 seconds.
Every time you press a button on your phone, even if on the app/chrome/e-bay ect you go back to thier home screen, log in, wait, press a button, log in again, even on page by page of thier own app....

Phone is now redundant, wishing I had windows, because this service should be flung out of a window.
Customer service probably are logging in Every 4 seconds so can't respond......

I'd give fewer stars if I could. Dishonest company with awful customer service.

I had my account deleted in February 2022 and in September I got a charge on my card for an auto-renewal. I contacted their support team who said the only way to sort it was to log into my online account, which I obviously couldn't as it was deleted. Fast forward a year and they've just tried to take a second payment (thank god the card expired).

I've contacted support again, and been told they removed auto renewal. Only to find a second attempt to take my money the next day. I got back in touch again and told them to remove all of my card and personal information, only to be asked to jump through several hoops to contact the "right" people.

The whole thing is a joke and must be breaking some kind of trading laws. Do not use kaspersky.
