I'd never come across Kates skates before but I'm glad I did as I managed to get some awsome accessories for a really decent price. I thought the price of delivery was good, it took a week or so to arrive but I'm still really stoked with my purchase!.

Worst customer service & still out of pocket from returning faulty ice skates. They’ve never been in contact or refunded money back to me.
I’ve returned my order at the end of July as it was faulty. I’ve sent a number of emails to customer service & had no response at all.
I’ve not been refunded & I paid extra for signed for when they were sent back to Kate’s skates & I know they received them back but still no replies from the company & no refund at all, ( so I’m out of pocket & they have the ice skates back.)
Absolutely Disgusting service & overall terrible experience.
I Would never ever recommend this company.
