Reasonable prices and quick delivery, never mind the crazy good deals you can get when you don’t mind the colour of things like knee pads or helmets.
Selected a number of items took money for them all. sent out the package, 1 pair of shoes completely missing. Had to contact them to find out what happened and get my money back.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and 2 skateboards. the money was taken for all items ordered. When the package was received it had 1 pair of shoes and 2 skateboards, no mention of the other pair of shoes ordered. Only after i contacted the company did they inform me that the other pair of shoes was not in stock and they will issue a refund. I can understand an item not being in stock, but to only refund after i had contacted them should not be the way business is conducted. As soon as an issue is known with an order its surely good practise on behalf of the company to try and inform the customer of this rather than having the customer wait 5 days for delivery and then contact them to find out what happened to get a refund issued. I have worked in retail for a long time and i would not expect a customer to chase an order after delivery for a refund on items that were not in stock without any prior knowledge of where the item is ( which the company clearly had as they didnt send the item ). Mistakes are sometimes made we are only human but accountability for company mistakes should fall on the company to proactively rectify not the customer to chase up.
Used kateskates for many years for many different items. This experience has made me wary of doing so again.

I have been trying to make contact with for over a week, have sent 2 emails and tried to phone but the number is a dead number. I have a pair of skates 4 months old that are faulty.
