Replacement bag

I have several Katie Loxton bags and bought one for my daughter for Christmas 2023. She was on holiday (July 2024) when the zip broke. Customer service have replaced the bag, it arrived within a few days of my complaint. Brilliant customer service. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Horrendous quality-stick to Primark

Bought a bag and matching purse from Katie Loxton in March 2023. Spent most of 2023 and all of 2024 in hospital pregnant so has had very little wear and the purse and bag are falling apart at the seams. The quality is shockingly bad! I won’t be ordering from here again!

Never-used Katie Loxton bag disintegrating bought a Taylor cross body bag in…

I bought a Taylor cross body bag in 2021 to take to my step daughter's wedding. However, I then found a real bargain Accessorise clutch bag in a shade of pink which better matched my wedding outfit so never used my Katie Loxton bag. Kept it as matched other clothes and stored it safely away. When I got it out to use last week I found that the material around the seams was disintegrating! The cheaper bag is in fine form despite more use. As other reviews say, Katie Loxton bags are definitely not good quality and do not last long.

I bought a summer crossbody bag in…

I bought a summer crossbody bag in April 2023 but didn’t use it for the first time until 10th June this year 2024 (I know this is not relevant but my mother was dying) so my time was taken up with her last year. went away and on my first outing with bag the whole bag fell off me. The links had come undone on the chain. I wrote to explain and the fact that I had bought the bag last year but they dismissed the situation with … “it was over a year old” but I HAD NOT used it and they could see that from the photo I sent. I didn’t want a replacement or refund …. I was hoping they could mend it for me. I will never buy from them again and for a well known brand their customer service and aftercare is shambolic. Very disappointed with Suzanne from “customer so called care” !

be aware

having purchased a personalised bracelet and to be fair the product was ok but i wanted to add more charms but was told by customer service that they do not sell charms separately and would have to buy the bracelet again as well as the charms, this is not evident on their web site

Broken pouch

My sister in law bought me a white pouch for my wedding with my initials on .I was so happy with it and I didnt use it until the honeymoon this month. I used it to put my passport in and some cash when I got the pouch out my bag i could see all the white coming off everywhere and all the sides had ripped, she contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I didn't expect this quality after one use and for them to not even offer a replacement.

Excellent customer service

After reading the reviews i was hesitant to order anything for my upcoming wedding. However, i ordered some small items first and was really impressed and went into order lots more. They look great. I can’t attest to the durability but the pouches are reasonable so i don’t expect them to last a lifetime.
The customer service has always been excellent, which i have used for 4 orders out of 8.

Placed a order on the 30th May 2024 and it got delivered on the 1st June 2024 and the gifts I had ordered was personalised as I asked for them to be.

Katie Loxton back pack fell apart…

I bought a backpack to take to Barbados It started to fall apart after 6months, I wouldn’t buy another Katie Loxton bag I have bags which have lasted me for years. Even throw away bags from Primark have lasted longer. Really disappointed.

Items literally disintegrate

The bags are nice... For a short while.
I bought a phone bag with my initials on and a purse it's been around two years now and the bag is just Absolutely falling apart and the purse seems to be disintegrating. I don't use a bag/purse a lot so it's definitely not due to over using (especially the purse) as I'm a bank card in the jeans and off you go person. Both items seem to be crumbling away. So realistically, Overpriced for something that simply will hardly last you. I've also bought gifts from Katie Loxton for other people and I know I massively regret it.

Terrible experience!!

Absolutely appalling!! Ordered 2 personalised bags for next day delivery and the delivery arrives and there was just the free gift bag and not the 2 bags!! Contacted the customer service team via live chat and they advised would receive a new order via next day delivery and now the next day has come, the order still says “processing” and no sign of the bags!! I don’t think I’ll ever order off Katie Loxton again! Who knows when the bags will turn up!!!

Amazing customer service

My Mum brought me a weekend bag for Christmas to use as my hospital bag for when I have my first baby! Unfortunately my Mum put my maiden name initials. She emailed customer service and explained her mistake to see if there was anything she could do and the team responded that they would be happy to send out a new bag with the correct initials as its such a sentimental item free of charge. We are beyond grateful and I'm so pleased that they were so helpful even though it was my mums mistake! Would highly reccomend and will continue to order from them with such great customer service.

To say I am disappointed by Katie…

To say I am disappointed by Katie Loxton is an understatement.

I ordered for my daughter a travel bag with matching birthstone jewellery case.

I was told earlier in the week that the order would be with me this week then I get money back in my bank with no email confirming that the travel bag was over sold. Then I am not offered an alternative but given a £5 gift voucher.

I ordered from you as I was told that your goods were good and I received something from my friend from yourselves.

Then a huge box arrived today with the very small jewellery case and a huge gift bag. The cost of sending this would have been expensive.

A very disappointed customer

Lovely bag, but won't last long

This Christmas (2023), I was bought a lovely change bag from Katie Loxton with my initials on. I have only used the bag about once a week (probably less) since Christmas, but already there are signs of wear. On the bottom of the bag some of the 'leather' is coming off, and today I just noticed today that both handles are already splitting!!! It's hardly been taken anywhere and I doubt will even last me until the end of my maternity leave. In addition, the change mat appears to stain!!
