The entire experience is great with a lot of help from customer service in making the selection to the install…. The product is beautiful and high quality leather with skilled production…. The install was flawless and to perfection makes my 14 year old 2500 look better than new… highly recommend

KATZKIN upholstery was so easy to work with. Had my car done within three week. Upholster called said he was a little short on material to do my armrest. Called KATZKIN, they overnight it to the upholster.. Got my car right on schedule. My car came out fantastic!!!! Could not be happier.If you want a good upholstery job, go to KATZKIN upholstery. You will not be disappointed.

I developed my seats on the on line tool then called. Service helped me improve it!
After about a month some stitching came loose. I called and it was replaced quickly and without being accused of abusing the seats! So much better. I would post before and after photos if I could.

I received the order and my installer was great. As a former 20+ year automotive shop foreman, I typically do all the work on my own vehicles. This process was efficient, the installer was professional, the quality of the product supases orginal vehicle manufacturer quality. The purchase process, quality of the product, and the installation quality were just phenomenal. I would certainly buy again!

Ashley Curtis helped me put together my order for new upholstery for my 1999 4 Runner. She sent color samples and we matched the interior very well. The quality of the upholstery is excellent and the installer did an excellent job. Ashley helped me order some new foam for the seats which fit perfectly too. I am very happy with the outcome.

They ended up doing exactly what I wanted. I wanted orange thread, the install agreed, but they charged me for the thread. I wanted my Harley Davidson emblems reused. They installer refused. I said that I would pay for them to do that. They than agreed. They Charged an additional $500 plus costs about $560. The results were absolutely gorgeous!

Very pleased with the final product. Better than 99% of all the interiors out there.

Ricardo helped me design the exact leather package I was looking for with my Camry XSE. I ended up with a Tuscany Amaretto design. The leather was promptly shipped to the authorized installer and I had it installed within three days. I’m very pleased with the end results. The interior is stunning!

Katzkin far exceeded my expectations in every way and totally transformed my 2022 F150 STX to another level. Roy is the best sales and customer service guy in the business, if you are on the fence, just do it, the whole process was great and the seats are incredible.

Worked with Katzkin directly. Went through the quoting process. Everything was great and I liked the options and price. After I paid I was ghosted by the salesperson for a few days until he finally answered back with a request for $739 more dollars. Their reasoning was that they do not currently have that pattern in their database and I need to pay for them to create the pattern. Mind you, Katzkin leather could then use that pattern for other customers. I found the whole situation shady. At least they refunded my money but it took 5 days.

Update: The contact provided goes to a general customer service line and you talk to someone who knows nothing of your specific situation. When I explained the situation, she mentioned further details that were left out by the original salesperson. Katzkin should be a hard pass!

From the very first conversation with John Farrell for a quote he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent me a few ideas while my phone was on speaker and explained everything very well. Today 9/5. Creative Design in Orlando is the certified installer near me. (Also highly recommended by John Farrell). I am blown away with the quality of the new interior. John reccomended new seat foam and that was an excellent reccomendation. Now my 2016 Ram feels brand new again! Financing was also simple no interest. After the sale and before the install I would text John with questions and he would always reply back with answers and happy to assist. Great experience all the way around.

Juan Adame my installer was very professional and clean. Looks like I have a new truck. He came and worked really hard. Had to take the seat to his house to put in foam which is above and beyond he fixed my passenger seat, which of course is more beat up than anything. I would highly recommend one the product and Juan they have your vehicles done.!
He also came a week early, which is nice! A real positive experience!

Juan Adame came at his appointed time and did a wonderful job installing my Katzkin seats. They look beautiful!

This is my third set from here and there all bad ass this last set is for a 2008 xb and car is being built for car shows im very happy happy with this company and will display them at the shows

Katzkin had a smooth process all the way from me designing on the website through to installation. I worked with Roy at Katzkin to design and redesign my seats. He was complimentary, quick to respond, and explained everything thoroughly. The local install went very well also, quick and reliable. I am super satisfied with the whole process and very happy about my new Wrangler seats. They make me smile every day.

The quality of the leather is excellent but the sales consultant/advisor is even better. Chantel Santos helped me in every aspect of the purchase from the design of the seat and picking out of the quality of leather to the perforation and color of the stitching.
