The quality of my leather seats is incredible. They look perfectly aligned to the seat, and are supple to the touch. The stitching detail and the barracuda inserts is impeccable. Worth every single penny. I’m in love with my new interior and it really put the finishing touch on my automobile.

Rose provided best customer service and because of her positive attitude it was a very delightful experience. I used to buy leather for a car and pay thousands in car dealership upgrades, but with Katzkin I get a better quality product and save thousands from leather upgrade fees.

I initially found Katzkin while looking for seat covers for my new truck with cloth seats. I didn’t realize when I requested a quote that Katzkin was a full reupholstering of the seats. I got a call from Lee regarding my quote and I thought it was going to be super expensive. Turns out, it’s more affordable than getting the upgrade from the dealer. Lee made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He never tried to pressure me into a sale and answered all of my questions. They were even able to add my logo to the headrests which has gotten a really positive response from everyone I’ve shown it to so far. The local, certified installer they sent me to was just as professional and did a great job on the install. I highly recommend Katzkin!

I love my new two tone leather seats for my '25 Ranger XLT. For me there was no other choice but Katzkin for the leather. I knew I wanted leather for this new truck which came with standard cloth seats. After reaching out to Katzkin, Rose reached back out to me. She was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with for anything. I loathe dealing with any sales person for any type of retail but Rose blew that concept out of the water. Working with her was more like working with a designer which she was. We went over all the options including custom options. I finally settled on a customized look and style for the seats. From the picking of the leather, the scheduling of the installation (they come to you!), and finally the installation, all of the communication from everyone, especially Rose!, was great. Everything felt smooth and I never felt under pressure. I am a lifetime customer at this point.

From the first phone calls and texts with MELANIE and ROY, I had NOTHING but outstanding service. They both listened well,answered my questions thoroughly, and what I said actually mattered to them. I was NOT just another sale.

I can't speak to the quality of the product yet, because this is my first, and I just got my leather seats installed, so only time will tell. HOWEVER...before I dropped $2k on my seats, you can best believe I researched this company and their product THOROUGHLY. I heard nothing but good things from people who had their Katzkin seats for years, use them daily, and they're holding up great, except for a couple minor shiny spots, which is naturally going to happen after 10 years worth of daily butt-slides.

That said, I'm looking forward to years of use from what I believe to be a top quality product!!

Here’s the deal. I ordered some seats for my F150 and they look fantastic. No complaints here. Absolutely gorgeous. The issue is the seats are uncomfortable. Because I got a double diamond stitch the seats are too tight and hurt my back to drive. I contacted katzkin and the installer and their solution to remedy this is for me to spend another $1,000 on new seats. So in short before you order something from them make sure you test it out because they will do nothing for you.

From the very first phone call, our experience was great. No high pressure sales! We got the chance to customize our seat covers exactly with what we wanted. They even offer zero percent interest financing. They scheduled our install with an amazing company. The seats look amazing. Thank you for all your help to make our car look awesome.

Refuses to ship direct to customer. They force you to have a "professional" installer for something a chimp could install.

First of all, John Farrell from the Katzkin Design Team Office made the experience great! As a lifelong career salesman myself I can tell when someone is being straight with me. John did a fantastic job explaining the quality of the product, how the installation processes worked and spent as much time as I needed helping me pick a design. The installer, Auto Trim Restyling in Manchester MO did an excellent and quick job with the install. I am beyond pleased at the look/quality and above all the price! The Ford Lariat package was $21,000 and the factory seats are “vegan leather”. For barely more than 10% of that difference I got a much better looking and MUCH better quality seating solution

Great customer service, mediocre product

I have had katzkin seat covers for 4 years. It has the degreez cooling and heating. The heating works great, the cooling only works on the bottom. I feel nothing in my back. I've had Katzkin look at the seat 4 times, they adjust some stuff, then just blame the design of my seat, claiming it blocks air flow. Katzkin can't design a cover kit around different factory seat designs, yet they sell a universal or custom fit kit ? How? Do they even research seat designs? Also, the katzkin leather material, while it feels nice, seems fairly low quality. My seats look 10 years old. This is why I tell myself if I want leather heated and cooled seats, buy a vehicle with it from the factory, not aftermarket.

Ordered a set of Katzkin Leather covers to upgrade cloth seats in my F250. They arrived well packed, with every single part accounted for, and quality, sizing, and stitching was all perfect. They look amazing!

I recently replaced my cloth seats with Katzkin leather on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. I researched numerous options in selecting my leather seats. After months of comparison I decided to go with Katzkin. I'm extremely pleased with my decision. The quality and look of the leather seats are amazing. If you're seriously considering leather seats, I highly recommend katzkin leather. Katzkin's reputation and warranty can't be beat.

I love the look and quality of my new leather Katzkin seat covers! They’re a major upgrade to my 2018 Ford F-150 XLT Sport SuperCrew. I spoke with a very nice sales rep on the phone and she walked me through the various options on the Katzkin website. She even texted me photos of leather samples so I could compare them in actual daylight. The ordering process (including the application and approval for financing) was simple and stress-free. Installation was immediately and seamlessly arranged with Stewart Design in Indianapolis. Turn-around time was just a few weeks and the installation was [eventually] excellent (The front passenger seat had a scratch on the side, so a new one was ordered and installed about a week later...at no charge to me.). I have NO complaints! A bit on the expensive side, but well worth it IMHO. Fantastic investment for my truck, and one I’ll enjoy with no regrets for many years.

The installation took 2 days (wanted the install contractor to take their time and do a good job). Very pleased with the quality of materials and the fit and finish of the job. I would be happy to recommend Katzkin and the install contractor to any of my friends.

I ordered a set of leather for my truck only to be let down because Katzkin's supplier of the heat/cool module could not uphold their part of the order. The seats made it, but sales rep could not guarantee when the module should be shipped and the installer would receive them on my end. I was offered a discount, I was offered to refund the modules. I chose to refund the whole order because my order consisted of the hot and cold modules. I will reassess in the future, but I would recommend finding out if they have access to all of the required supplies before proceeding with the purchase.

This is the second vehicle I’ve upgraded with Katzkin leather, and once again, I couldn’t be happier. Their premium leather and attention to detail truly elevate the look and feel of the interior. What really sets them apart, though, is their premier customer service. Everyone on the team is incredibly thorough in making sure you get the exact seat design you want. Be sure to ask for Roy—he’s outstanding and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Katzkin if you’re looking to upgrade your ride with top-quality leather and first-class service!
