Poor Quality Installer.
Update: Katzskin customer service reached out and refunded the cost. I appreciate them making it right! Thank you.
1: Installer, installed the wrong interior.
2: Poor communication from katzskin and the installer. Traveled an hour and a half to the installer, last interior I purchased only took 2 hours to install. This time 6 hours and it was the wrong interior. I would recommend in the future better communication between the customer and installer.

This is my second set
This is my second set. The first set was flawless with over 120K miles. The second set was $1600 and within 8 months the seams began to separate. I called for the warranty and they explained I had exceeded the mileage. Keep in mind this is the back seat that is rarely used.
The console is now cracking at 100K
Almost understandable if I were to be over weight and lean on it as I drive. I have never used cleaner or conditioner as the care instructions tell you not to. I have dark tinted windows. I am proud of my bright red truck but the seats are horrible.

All I can say is WOW!!
This was my 2nd time using Katzkin Leather to give my 2017 Jeep and 2003 Truck leather seats. This time I replaced the cloth seats in my Jeep with Black premium leather and Pearl White stitching. All I can say is WOW!!! They came out beautiful, look amazing, and just as good looking as if they came stock in my Jeep!! A special thanks to Rafael who did the installation. He is really special and takes pride in his work.
From ordering to finish, Customer Service from Katzkin was top notch! I highly reccomend them.

Great seats, great customer service
Katzkin was an amazing company to work with. John Farrell was the rep I worked with throughout the order process, and he made the process easy and painless. Very helpful when it came to designing my seats and making sure I was squared away with an install date that fit my busy schedule. The actual install only took 4 hours to complete (shop was out of Anaheim, CA), so I wasn’t out of a vehicle very long. The final product looks good and feels good. Would definitely consider for future vehicles.

Awesome
easy order, easy install appointment, installer very friendly and detail orientated. I dropped off truck for install at 9:00 am expecting to pick up next day. It was ready at 3:00pm the same day. Only without my truck a few hours and that meant a lot. My installers where very professional and friendly.

We loved our leather seats for the…
We loved our leather seats for the first year but in year two just after our warranty expired the back seat developed a crack in one side and now the other seat has split as well. The seats are now uncomfortable to sit on and so I have duct tape on my three year old car. (Update) Katzkin reached out to us about our plight, we sent in photos of the leather coming apart at the seams and they honored their warranty with it being less than 3 years, even though we were over the mile threshold and replaced our middle row that was falling apart. We truly appreciate them working to correct a bad situation. Kudos to Katzkin on this one.

A Great product at a great price
A Great product. The installation was excellent, which is a testimony to the quality and craftmanship on the part of Katzkins. Got exactly what I wanted. Very easy to work with staffing, even with a last minute change on my part. Custom with factory quality for a third the price. Will certainly do business with again.
