Definitely not reliable, I prefer British companies.

Eda quoted £2,500 for one and £2,350 for another. The second visit I had there I took my mum with me to help me decide. My mum discussed with Eda’s mum the prices and after asking for a discount the quotes changed to £2,500 and £1,900. Eda was adamant in not changing the prices but her mum was super nice in offering a discount on one. I then booked in the template appointment and told Eda I needed some time to finalise my decision on which slab to go for. With one day to go for the template we exchanged messages with Eda and I told her I wanted the first option priced higher. Given they had advertised 30% off on quartz worktops for black Friday, I asked Eda if the offer will be applicable to my order. In a very rude manner she told me she had already applied a huge discount on my order and that no further discounts will be available. This was completely false and I explained that the offer was for the second option and not the first one that I wanted. I was quoted £2,500 from the start and she was acting as if a significant reduction had already been made. She then also said that the black friday discount was only applicable to certain quartz and not the one I picked. I said thats okay and told her I will pay the full £2,500. She continued to argue with me and cancelled my template booking and refused to provide the service. I had removed my old kitchen worktop given they promised to send the stonemasons. Luckily I have found somewhere else who are able to quickly provide and install the exact same make quartz worktop for £1,950. Clearly they are extremely over priced and despite the horrible experience I am glad that this has happened as it has saved me hundreds by going elsewhere! One final thing I would like to make anyone who is thinking of going here aware of is that I asked my brother to call as if he is a new customer and ask for the exact same quartz. I told him to check if the black Friday discount was available on this particular line. The answer was “yes of course with the 30% off the price will be £2,500”. Please don’t fall for these false advertisements and traps.

Helpful service and great selection

Visited Kaya Stone looking for a small piece of stone for a bathroom vanity top. Eda was very helpful and was able to offer me a good selection to choose from and quoted an excellent price once i had chosen.

We then caused a few delays due to fitters but this caused no problems and rushed my order thru at the end when needed. Thank you.

Good quartz supplier & installer .

We bought our kitchen quartz worktops from 'Kayastone'. Their showroom have lots of quartz brands and design on display . So ,it was easy to find something that we like . Price was not cheap but very competitive. Ismail and other staffs were very helpful . Though, they took a bit longer than
we expected from template to install. Minor errors were made during installation but corrected it once raised with Ismail. Happy about their service after all.
