Very disappointing experience. One of the company’s vehicles was positioned in a way that completely blocked the road, preventing us from leaving for over 30 minutes. There was no clear communication or effort to resolve the situation promptly, which was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope they take more care in how their vehicles are managed to avoid causing disruption to others in the future.

We could not recommend Keencrew enough! Prices and logistics were communicated very clearly from the start, and on the day of the move, we were kept up to date about the arrival time. Once they got to our place, Kieron and his team were extremely friendly and efficient, and loaded and offloaded all our things super fast. Fantastic service overall!

We had some shrubs in large pots a few house plants and other items to be transported. Keen Crew provided an efficient and friendly service at competitive rates. Plants were properly stored in the van and arrived undamaged
