Amazing service from door to door I highly recommend Keencrew removals

Our man was professional, organised and very well prepared - excellent customer service. He called ahead of schedule to reconfirm the plan, provide his eta and give an estimated time of arrival at the destination. The team work made the dream work. He’s the best!

Had a great experience with Keencrew Removals, great communication throughout and very efficient service. The removal was collected and delivered exactly as requested and the guys were very helpful throughout. I'd happily use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a removal company.

I should of cancelled the job when he arrived 15 minutes early and had started the timer, earlier then the agreed time to arrive. I paid for 2 helpers but only received one which made things go a lot slower then expected. As I was helping myself and had a small child I didn’t check the time so I wasn’t aware we went over the time schedule, when we had finished I was expecting to have gone over time abit and was willing to pay the overtime. But was not expecting the bill too be so high. I had the correct money for the arranged time slots. If I had a male with me, I know for a fact the service I received would of been completely different. I feel this company took advantage of me as I’m a single mum with learning difficulties. They should have informed me when my time was up and asked if I wanted to pay for overtime. They told me if I didn’t pay the outstanding balance they would leave the heavy stuff outside on the street which gave me no option but to pay the outstanding balance leaving me with no money. Although my financial situation is no one’s fault I do feel they should have let me know when I had gone over my time and asked me if I wanted to pay for overtime and had an extra man helping like I paid for. I personally would not recommend this company. I don’t want to leave a bad review but feel it’s necessary so no one goes through what I went through. I’ve left feeling extremely stressed out.

An excellent service to accommodate a move from a small flat across south London.
Very efficient and helpful throughout the process, with good communication with any changes to the service, all for an excellent price for the removal as well. I will certainly contact you again if I need to move across London in the future!

Keencrew/ Kieron and co were simply outstanding with regards to my recent move from house to house. Circumstances were such that I needed immediate help the next day. He facilitated the move deep into the night. After outlining my situation he confirmed the truck size, the crew, the hours, very accurately. On the day he arrived ahead of schedule. They cut no corners, very thoughtfully looked after the whole package. And were fun guys. Thumbs up. Would I use them again? You bet I would.

Absolutely satisfied with the service we received. Kieron, Andrew and Tash were all very professional, polite, friendly and flexible. From heavy items to delicate ones, everything was handled with care and compassion. It took the crew whole day to move my house but we saw the same smile and professional attitude even when they were tired. No hesitation in recommending them.

Keencrew are brilliant. They made a multi-drop delivery for our company to staff working from home.
Kieron was helpful, patience (we faffed about quite a bit!) and best of all, really on the ball keeping us informed. We were able to let people know when the stuff would be delivered and Kieron told us that exactly when drops had been made.
Will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Keencrew.

Kieron was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was very happy and flexible to change plans at the last minute and add on an extra job for us with not much notice. The reviews are all true.

We were let down by the company we originally booked. We found Kieron online and he came at the end of a long day (for him and us!).

Not only did they not complain once about moving from one victorian house to another or how much we had, he cheered us up too. Also told us how to best make ourselves useful!

His colleague was also great and extremely professional.

I'll genuinely never reach to another company when I next move. They saved the day!!

I called Kieron on the morning of my move after being let down by another company. He had everything sorted within 20 minutes. Fantastic service. Move went well. No stress at all. Could not recommend Kieron and his guys enough.
