Would definitely recommend have used twice now will be using again
Thank you to Andrew, Kieran and Edward for their help with my move. Andrew went above and beyond to help make the move as stress free as possible so thank you very much. Have used Keen Crew once before and will be using again in the next month or so. Would definitely recommend as customer service is great!

I called on the day and they turned up within the hour. Extremely efficient and professional. Didn’t break or scratch any of my belongings. Booked 2 guys and 3 turned up. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service at a very fair price!
I have used Keen Crew twice for moving house now, on both occasions Andrew was the driver helping. Andrew was very friendly and absolutely nothing was a problem for him! He arrived promptly and loaded the van efficiently but with care, ensuring that all the fragile furniture was wrapped in blankets and everything was secured tightly to avoid damage in transit. The move went super smooth and quicker than expected. We had some loose nails in our bedframe and Andrew even drilled these in for us to save us the job when we unloaded! Absolutely brilliant service, going above and beyond for a very fair price!

Brilliant service
I've used Kieron and his team for moving house twice now. Both times they've been brilliant and have really taken the stress out of the day. All the guys are friendly, hard-working, and clearly care about doing a good job. Really good value too compared with some of the bigger removals companies. Highly recommend!

The most horrible experience of my life
Never booked this company. They left me and my belongings midnight in the middle of road. Kieron kept threatening and harassing me and his workers who were helping me to move as he was trying to get double the money in the middle of the job what he initially agreed for. I highly doubt these reviews as even his employees said that he does this all the time and eventually left me with all my house hold stuff at the road. The most horrible experience of my life.

I have read through your review and I was going to flag your review to trustpilot under their terms and condition because of the recordings I have of you bullying us and also threathening my business & also make a claim that you can distroy my website etc..
I'm so happy that you made this post so I can make this even more public and if any proof is needed of this abuse I have it all recorded which I'm very happy to used in my defence which will show how despicable your conversation was towards me.
Now, lets address your issues:
1. First phase when booking with us here at keencrew removals, you to fill out all the relative information ie: name, address, van size, time, hours requires, helpers needed and (INVENTORY)
2. One those information is recieved we then book you with the selected van you booked with the specified hours you booked (2 HOURS) and at the appropriate time and we also explain our overtime charges.
In your case you booked a large van with 2 helpers for 2 hours, ( Now my team arrived 6:35pm with a LUTON which is much bigger than what you booked)
your content filled my entire van which (I DIDNT CHARGE YOU FOR - AS YOU BOOKED A LARGE VAN) my team collected the inventory yet you still wanted to put more and more stuff inside our van which my worker called me to alert me of whats happening as you have much more than whats expected as the job was for a LARGE VAN and they were not prepared to do a full house move and you were bossing them around saying (you are paying so they should keep loading the van) THIS IS WHERE I CAME IN TO TRY AND SPEAK WITH YOU.
But the moment I open my mouth, I wasnt able to even get 20 words in before you start to basically try to BOSS me around as well, telling me how i should run my business, how much i should charge and belittling my workers. In the end I made it very clear that we will not take anything else as you are exceed the space of a large van and you have fill my luton van (which im not charging for) so we will not take anything else.
Now we passed that first conversation and my team was able to close up the van and head to the dropoff address which it was explained that your 2 hours is finish at 8:35pm which basically (COMPLETE) your booking time of 2 hours, Now, you need addtional time to off load the van which is (OVERTIME) and all these was inside your booking information including the (PRICE - £42.25) should you need additional time.
You paid for an additional 30mins which means your time expire at 9:05, this time has passed and my team was working into their addtional time without pay, climbing up and down stairs which they alerted you for the additonal payment which you (FUSE TO PAY) and you started to tell them what you are going to pay which was £22.50 which was refused as the price is £42.25.
In the end you started again tell me what i need to so and how i should run the company and what other are charging and you refuse to pay anything else, I urge you to check your booking information as to what was agreed before you booked in with out service but you refuse.
So in the end my workers was really stress out and complaing to me so a decision was made to (WORK THE ADDIONAL 30 MINS FOR FREE AND ASK RABIA WHERE WE CAN OFFLOAD HER ITEM AND I WILL PAY FROM MY POCKET AS SHE IS NOT WILLING TO PAY, SO THEY ASKED RABIA WERE TO OOFFLOAD THE REMAINING ITEMS AND RABIA INSTRUCTED THEM INSIDE THE BUILDING LOBBY. WHICH MY TEAM OFFLOADED THE REMAING ITEM INSIDE THE (LOBBY) AT 9:40PM and they are closing up the van preparing to leave its been a really stressfull and complicated move.
During this time I message rabia explaining the situation the team has worked for free for the last 35mins without pay.
Now, my team is ready to leave Rabia called back at 9:41 stating that she will pay what was agreed, which was declined as the team is leaving.
Then the abuse started again explaining what they are going to do.

Exceptional service and great value for money.
I moved house from London to the coast and booked a Luton van with 2 helpers. I totally underestimated the amount I had to move and filled the van in no time. My belongings were now in the street and myself and my wife were in full panic mode. In steps Keiron with another Luton within half an hour and the move was completed. The service and the price was excellent considering the logistics involved. Very conscientious and professional staff that clearly know what they were doing. Took excellent care of my goods and not one item was scratched or broken. I can fully recommend KeenCrew removals to anyone who is moving thier cherished possessions.
