The storage facilities are clean, well lit and dry. The elevator is always working and the staff is very helpful!

Went in and it was quick and painless. My storage unit was just the size I needed and everything fit perfectly with room left over.

Helpful staff and great location with ample parking. Not one complaint. I don’t care for any undue time spent on admin and got my storage unit fast to get my move on.

You forgot to give me back my ID while I was already in JFK when I noticed it... Needed to back to Jersey City at my own charges.
No apologize, no voucher to cover the cost.

Asking an ID for a cart means that when th cart is returned, you MUST give back the ID.
Unprofessional!
What's the point to ask an ID for a cart. People steal your carts????

Good place. You fell safe. You are taken up and down to your lockers's floor by an employee. Different than what I am accustomed to however you definitely feel as though your belongings are safe. The hours are good and they are open on Sundays. They make carts available to take your stuff up and down which is great. I recommend.

I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. Especially the team in the office never fails to support and help as well as one could hope for.

Keepers staff has always treated me like a VIP and I can't say enough good things about my experience with them.

I am now a 2x customer of Keeper's Storage. The second time I rented a unit, I was told (after checking in, then bringing stuff back to store) that insurance was mandatory, an additional $9/month . The person opening my account claimed it was because of Hurricane Sandy, but that was clearly a lie, as I rented storage in the spring of 2013. You have one task, Keeper's Storage: store my stuff and keep it secure. Why should I buy insurance on top of paying for that service? This is a charge for something I don't want or need, and if I had another choice, I would take it.

Great spaces for good prices. Easily accessible and helpful staff. Highly recommend for additional storage in NYC!

The front desk representative and storage maintenance staff are the best. Front desk was always courtesy and helpful. The staff was respectful and always available to assist.

I've been a customer for 2 years now and when I recently discovered "moisture" in my unit, I was moved immediately to a fresh new space. Everyone was extremely helpful with the paperwork process and with moving to the new unit. It was very appreciated!

The customer service here is top notch! I came in a few times to see the units, and the staff answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. On the day I checked in, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The unit is a little pricey in my opinion, but I need the storage space. That is the only reason it is not 5 stars

There have been to many "Clerical Errors" in close friends experiences. I like the fact that it is not open all night and you can always find help when you need it. This is the 5th time I have used this storage company.

I chose KSS in Manhattan because they are close to where I live, which is convenient and worth the extra cost of a Manhattan storage facility. The staff is usually very helpful and nice. I have used them for a few years. The main issue I've had is with the two occasions I've rented temporary second units for handling estate items I need to store before shipping them out. The system KSS uses for online payments does not automatically link multiple or additional units to existing accounts. This has meant phone calls/visits and resulted in one late fee since I was traveling and could not resolve the issue before a payment deadline. I don't think this is a common issue, but if you are purchasing a second unit make sure the new one is linked or you will have to call or come in. The facility also gets very hot during the summers, so avoid storing items that are susceptible to heat. Security is no more or less than most other places.
