Superb 5 star ⭐ caring service from Kelly Eyecare Winton branch. Optometrist Sarah is simply the best. Everything is explained in a wholly empathetic and gentle manner, making you feel at ease. I am not good with eyes so this is very appreciated. Also Sarah gave me valuable advice on how to further care for my eyes. Branch manager Andy goes above and beyond from measuring, explaining, fitting, and in explaining all the cost by breaking it down and offering half the enormous payment to be paid by interest free direct debit over 6 months which is very appreciated. He enquired, because of the cost, if I wanted to purchase lenses that are not all singing and dancing but since my arthritis is affecting my eyesight I am choosing to have the best. All the staff, are patient and so kind. I would not go anywhere else.

Just wanted to thank lovely Emma from the Brockenhurst shop for helping my 17 year old grandson finally learn to get to grips with contact lenses. She was so patient and reassuring - also made it fun - and he was over the moon that he could walk away without his glasses. You are a star Emma - Thank you !!!

I’ve worn glasses for 68years and been to many opticians. But kellys at brockenhurst have been the most thorough, helpful and friendly that I’ve had contact with.

Having only one eye my vision is so important to me so I choose the best. Great knowledge and service and great choice of frames to choose from.

Very thorough eye test. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, as always. The glasses were eyewateringly expensive, despite choosing what I thought were quite basic frames. I think it would help if they gave you an indication of price before measuring you up and drawing lines over the specs you tried on. Having done this, I felt compelled to agree to the purchase. I also found the bill hard to understand: why are the glasses not priced as a pair, rather than charging per eye?

I have visited Kelly Eyecare in Brockenhurst for many years. They are a very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, caring team and as a customer you feel the staff really think about your needs. During the eye test everything is explained in a way I can understand and when choosing new glasses the different types of lenses and frames are discussed in detail. Excellent customer service all round!

We would not consider going anywhere else, they are efficient, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It’s refreshing to visit a business and be welcomed and valued as a customer. Want to mention in particular the male optical assistant (sorry forgot his name) he is so knowledgeable, helpful and very positive a really nice man.

I recently posed a review of Kelly Eyecare of Ringwood. I would now like to conclude this very pleasant experience. I ordered a new set of lenses for my existing Silhouette spectacles in conjunction with a new pair of Silhouette sunglasses - a combination that currently gives the customer a generous discount.
The new lenses arrived from Austria in just over a week but the sunglasses did not arrive at the same time. Fortunately the disappointing Summer we’ve had negated the need for sunglasses. I believe that many businesses would simply have said that the delay was “out of their hands”, however, Kelly’s explained that they had contacted Silhouette who stated the item had been sent and signed for by someone who did not work for Kelly’s. Although this seemed like the opening scene from a crime programme it transpired that the signee was actually a Silhouette team member who had intercepted the delivery as the technician who had made the sunglasses was not 100% happy with the product.

This, in turn, gave me a greater respect for the ideology of the manufacturer and I was also grateful to Kelly’s for keeping me “in the picture”.

I collected the new sunglasses today and they are of the highest quality - as I would expect.
Kelly’s once again apologised for the delay which was quite unnecessary as it was out of their hands. I greatly appreciated their honesty and for keeping me up to date.

Based on the whole experience I once again thoroughly recommend Kelly’s for being a great local business that is maintaining excellent standards.
