Another superb visit / seriously worth paying a little bit extra and going here as they will sort your eyes out. Friendly staff, well managed, tailor made service with superb optician. I saw Christine who is superb and I hope she carries on as I really trust her. Range of glasses is great and they will help select and fit them to a very high standard.

Kelly‘s eyecare Ringwood have done a great job on supplying me with New glasses.

I opted for the varifocal with transition lenses. There is a good choice of frames of sizes and prices.
They have a promise to ensure they will exchange or sort the lenses if I am not happy with them.
So far I am very happy with them.
I have just driven 130 miles having put them on.
They are efficient with ordering and me receiving the glasses, which took 7days.
The staff are very welcoming and reassuring choosing products. They take time and are thoughtful about the manner in which they approach this.
I can highly recommend this company.

As always, the customer service at the Ringwood branch is excellent. I had a very thorough and informative eye/contact lens check up with Gareth. Always feel so well supported and informed by him. I feel I’m in very good hands. Then the lovely Tee helped me to choose new frames for my glasses. She was very patient & knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. I’m so pleased with my new glasses— the first pair I’ve EVER really liked.

I have been a customer of the Brockenhurst branch for many years, the staff are always helpful in every way.
The arm of my most recent glasses broke a few weeks ago and the branch submitted a warranty claim resulting in a complete replacement which was a most pleasant surprise. Following a hiccup with their supplier, I was generously compensated with their usual outstanding customer service. Needless to say I would not consider going anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff who are experienced and so helpful when giving advice on suitable frames.

We have been using Kelly Eye Care, Winton for over 10 years, for our families glasses. It is very unusual to see the same staff year after year but you do at this branch. Barbara on the desk is always friendly and helpful. The gentleman who assists with fitting the frames is knowledgeable but not at all pushy. They have assisted with my son’s damaged frames many times. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The rest of the Team at Brockenhurst are also excellent, very customer focused and great aftercare service. Perfect place to go to for eyecare. I’ve been to several different opticians in the Lymington area over the years. In my opinion, this is the best.
