I always enjoy visiting Kelly's as have had excellent customer service over the years..I feel very confident about the professional eye testing as I never feel rushed when deciding A or B or A or B! Choosing frames is never easy but I welcome the totally reliable and honest advice of all the staff and so paying for new glasses never upsets me!!!!

I recently received a letter reminding me of my annual eye test with Kelly's.
I telephoned Kelly Eyecare and made an appointment and also arranged for an OCT scan. This was all handled effortlessly over the phone.

This was an initial visit after getting conflicting advice from my previous optician. It required an eye test plus a third opinion on the conflicting advice. The checks were extensive and all points were covered to my satisfaction

I had to have a pair of distance glasses for driving before being referred for cataract surgery. Steph was wonderful, helping me choose a not-too-expensive frame and giving me advice. To my amazement, I had a phone message 3 days later to say my glasses were ready, and so were my sister’s! Winton branch has always been special - Gemma was incredibly helpful regarding my referral letter and fitting my glasses etc. It’s always a pleasure to see her, Steph, and the rest of the super team. Thank you.

I had my eyes tested at another optician but they didn’t have the glasses I wanted. I went to Kelly’s in Winton to see if they supplied the glasses I wanted. yes they did. I was over the moon when they made the glasses up to the prescription I gave them. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see through them. Unsure who to go to, I popped into Kelly’s and explained the issue I was having. They gave me a a brief eye check and explained the prescription was slightly wrong. They amended the lenses and a week later, after receiving them back, I am very happy with my new glasses. This was all at no extra charge. Very happy with the service and will advise anyone who will listen to go there.
