I was recommended to Kelly Eyecare recently and have been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff following a thorough eye examination by Michelle, I felt valued as a new customer, and am delighted with my new glasses following a change of prescription.

My wife and I have used Kelly’s Eyecare for many years and always receive pleasant, helpful and supportive service. I did use a competitor once, but soon regretted it and returned to the fold. The staff are always very patient and do not rush you through the frame selection process. It pays to shop locally.

Staff friendly helpful and eye examiner explained everything in detail. We have used this Company for many years and have had nothing but a pleasant and courteous experience.

Having the lense drop out of my glasses I went to Kelly's eye care Winton. They put the lense back in and I asked for an eye test appointment. As someone had cancelled their appointment they very kindly offered me an appointment within 20 minutes. So my new glasses were ordered with no pressure or fuss. The staff are really lovely helpful people... I am grateful

Amazing opticians. Always a warm welcome and thorough eye test. Debbie helped me choose new frames and was incredible - so patient and took photos so I could see what the frames looked like. Exceptional service and I would thoroughly recommend.

Efficient and professional. I took my two teenage girls for eye tests this week and all the staff were engaging and friendly. Easy booking process, reminder and optician put the girls at ease and explained everything she was doing along the way. Definitely recommend

Have been a customer of Kelly Eyecare Brockenhurst for many years. Always received thoroughly professional and competent service. Staff over the years have all been polite and knowledgeable. With a couple of optical challenges I have, my eye test and scan history over the years show any significant changes at the click of a button. Excellent service and thorough eye examination. This is the best opticians I have ever used . The staff when choosing new glasses were very helpful and patient. I would highly recommend them .

Gareth (optemetrist) was excellent, efficient, positive, engaging and encouraging. Felt totally re-assured when I had finished the battery of tests. The front of house staff are friendly and efficient. Will continue to use Kelly Eyecare in Ringwood

Kelly Eyecare Ringwood really listened to me and helped me get the glasses that I wanted.
No hard sales pitch. Just the advice from professionals. From my examination to collecting my glasses I received excellent care and advice.
They have a wide choice of frames and lens options to choose from. I wanted a special coating to help with nighttime driving by reducing the glare of oncoming headlights and it really worked!

This was my first visit to Kelly Eyecare in Ringwood but had heard good things from friends and was delighted with the overall experience.. Friendly and professional but most importantly my new lens prescription and new glasses were spot on first time. Great communications thought the process and a very personal service. Highly recommended.

On 5th Nov 2025 I returned to Kelly Eyecare for my annual checkup. Last year I was really happy with my care and my new glasses! Louise was, again, very helpful and caring. I recommended my partner for an appointment and he has been very pleased too!
